Honest, well-priced mechanic who gets work done quickly. What more could you ask for? While courteous and friendly, the owner is always busy wrenching, moving vehicles, and speaking with customers. If you are the type of person who need a thorough explanation of the work done, or to describe vehicle issues in-depth, you may feel like you're not being attended to. Since I have full trust in this shops ability to diagnose and fix the issue I'm comfortable leaving it up to them and keeping it brief.

Breaks we’re starting to vibrate and pulsate again while stopping. I called the shop for a check up and got squeezed in within the hour (fixed the problem as well) Great service and great people. Definitely recommend!

Brought my car to Kal-Tire multiple times. They could never fix the issue properly and quoted me big numbers for things that did not need to be fixed.Brought my car to Apel Auto Ctr, my car now runs perfectly as they fixed the things that needed to be fixed and I was not quoted big numbers for fake work.5/5, will recommend this place to my partner

I stopped in here as my car was smelling like oil. I just had somebody a couple days prior to add oil as they said the level was very low. They had put two bottles in. The guys came out right away to assist me as I said I was not sure what to do. They checked and said there was way too much oil in and said they should take some out. The gentlemen came out with a machine and proceeded to take some of the oil out. Once he was done he checked the head gasket to make sure the bolts where tight as I have a small oil leak. They went above and beyond and wouldn’t let me pay them anything. I offered a couple times and he said no and told me to have a nice day.You sure don’t get service like this too much any more. I highly recommend them and I will go back again. Thank you guys!

This morning I woke up to my battery shot even after jumpstarting multiple times. I am leaving to the island tomorrow morning and needed an immediate fix so I wouldn’t have to cancel my trip. I trust Apel with all my vehicles needs as Alan has worked on all my cars for over 12 years and has always provided exceptional service and honesty. I brought my vehicle there first thing with no appointment and he took me in despite his busy day to get me up and running. I picked up my vehicle a few hours later in great running condition. Awesome husband and wife team. Thanks for taking my stress away!

These guys are the most honest and best mechanic shops I have come across.I took my Infiniti to Morrey Infiniti dealership about two weeks ago for an oil change. My car only has done 99k KMs and I was told by the service rep that I need to change my radiator as there was a leak which would cost $1,400. Giving the bad reputation of dealership, I had my doubts. Therefore, I decided to reach out to Alan to get a second opinion. He did the check up for free and told me that there is no problem with it.Thanks Alan, you guys are awesome!

This shop is absolutely amazing to work with. Honest and fairly priced. And as a woman I can feel comfortable bringing my vehicle there.

Alan is always very helpful, I feel comfortable bringing my car here. No issues with this place and have had a few vehicles there over the years.

I called Apel on Tuesday afternoon asking if I could bring my car in for the next day. Although they had a really full schedule, they were able to squeeze me in. On the day of, the tow truck was late but they were very kind and understanding. I was able to get my car back the same day and the prices are reasonable. Definitely would recommend them!

Highly recommend!They were able to resolve an issue with my Ford Flex brakes in 4 hours that Metro Ford could not resolve in 4 visits.
