Incredible. Everything is perfect. Studio burger was awesome. I come by daily when working in town. Always leave with an iced coffee and some baked goods in hand. Very cool decor as well.

Highly recommend this quaint little restaurant for groups of 2-4 wanting to visit! I have known owners to have small business meetings there with their staff or managers, mothers having meaningful visits with their daughters, old friends reconnecting, and young friends just spending a fun afternoon together.The atmosphere gives off cute-coffee-shop vibes: warm, inviting, cozy, and creative. Their food and drinks are beautifully crafted, well displayed (every piece is thoughtfully put together as though being used for professional pictures), reasonably priced, and extremely tasty. There is a wonderful variety to choose from on the menu and the portions are perfectly-sized. We had a lovely server who genuinely cared about what we had to say, and she was very friendly and interactive.Again, cannot stress enough how sweet this little spot is! Amazing food/drinks, great menu, wonderful staff, fun for a small outing. I couldn't get enough of it.(The Spinach Salad with Chicken is a personal favorite, as is the Raspberry - or Peach - Italian Cream Soda.)On my next outing there, I will definitely be sure to snap and post photos.

Food, hospitality, and atmosphere is so good that it will take me back there again! So many I know of drive to the city to enjoy a coffee shop evening time and hope this place would extend their working hours... especially in the cold season! Please!

This is definitely a hidden little gem in Pilot Butte. I went for a paint night & was blown away at how beautiful the inside was. The walls are covered in local artists work and the food & drink are amazing! This is definitely a spot you need to check out!

I can always count on having a great meal at this restaurant. The food is all home made and tastes amazing! The owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome! Also the prices are quite reasonable for the quality of their meals.

Food is prepared fresh from scratch by hand. The to-go cup is a cute option for certain drinks.The service was warm and very courteous and friendly and nice with a beautiful friendly smile at our arrival.The owner tries their best to make you feel welcome.The bathroom was clean and well decorated with a nice old newspaper advertisement collage in a frame.The decor is absolutely cozy and well thought out even a few life like birds on the light frame in the ceiling.The lighting is very good the front coffee store is all windows and has lots of good sunshine.The seating area was very good and well oriented with a light touch of decor. There are leather chairs that are really comfortable. The seating varies from wood chair to high chair to leather couch to leather single chair to comfortable cloth sitting that is in an adjacent room.Too bad they close around 1500 would make a great option in the afternoon for afternoon coffee with friend.A plus for Blue Rooster coffee has a drive thru.If you're thinking of coming we'll be worth the drive if you're coming from far away.

We had fond memories of this Cafe from our visits in years prior, so we decided to head out from Regina for lunch.The restaurant was just as well decorated and clean as we remembered it. The staff seemed new and were very kind and pleasant to deal with. We ordered $50 worth of lunch and that's where the 1 star comes from.We ordered the Rooster chicken sandwich, two kids burgers and a smashed potatoe poutine. I mean no disrespect to the owner but the food quality was unacceptably bad.The chicken was hard and dry and just tasted old. The sandwich in general just tasted awful. The kids burgers were under cooked( Red inside). The poutine was poorly executed in every way. I am a huge supporter of small businesses and I can normally force myself to eat not so great food but everyone ended up leaving the restaurant hungry. We were honest with the staff about how the food was and they were very good about it and offered some money back.Maybe the cook called in sick today but unfortunately this will likely be our last visit to the Blue Rooster.
