Door looked great but leaks and very tight fit so much that it sheared of the weather strip at the bottom. Futhermore the side lights leak quite a bit. We went with the installer they recommended and the composit material rather than wood. Only problems

This is a terrible company. They make you pay up front for your cupboards. They just closed due to covid. They did not even tell me that they were closing and i would not have my cupboards . They have had my money for at least 2 months. They should have called and said they were closing up and did we want our money back. I would have gotten them elsewhere. I have a rental property with no cupboards. So angry at them.

I bought the door on the special from Wisebuys. The door looks so great. It’s a great quality. Great customer service.

We love the style of our door that was purchased and installed by Wise Buys December 2016.However we have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with the paint that we were told to purchase and that Wise Buys applied to the door prior to installation.It continually peels off of the front of our door and it looks terrible.The staff there has not been very helpful in finding a solution for this.Last year they finally sent their painter out and we were told that we will basically have to repaint ourselves a few times a year if we want it to look good.Would not recommend this company..

My daughter went just to look she was so confused. Brenna took her under her wing helped her plan the kitchen. Explained the do's and dont's. Gave wonderful suggestions.Since then she has answered every question with professionalism and knowledge. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!!!

Great experience and would highly recommend. Brenna is amazing, patient and knowledgeable.Bought my full kitchen cabinet set from them...solid wood and soft close, great quality. You wait a bit longer to receive them (which they are very clear about), but it's worth it.Customer service is excellent. They work to help you with any questions you have. If you like to DIY or you're a pro contractor...this place is for you.I am a total amateur, and they helped me every step of the way.Thanks for the great experience guys!

NOT A WISE BUY AT ALL!I posted a review on Wisebuys a week ago and wondered why there weren't more bad reviews. I now know why. excellent people to deal with and was a good experience for us. The cabinet quality is very good as well as the door and drawer hardware. This was our first kitchen that we have created from scratch and staff were very helpful. We had one defective product and was replaced not a problem. Would recommend this company to anyone. This will be our 2nd purchase from this company.

Buying from Wisebuys is strongly not advised! Beware. Please learn from my mistakes.My wife and I purchased a fiberglass double-entry door system with top lite for our new home. My wife fell in love with the ironwork in the door lite windows, so we decided to purchase the front entry system from Wisebuys while having all our other windows and doors furnished by Golden Windows.The door system was riddled with a multiple manufacturing flaws. It was months before they attempted any repairs, and only occurred on my persistence. A multitude of un-returned phone calls and messages. They attempted repairs on two occasions with poor workmanship and compounding mistakes.When I demanded a refund and for them to remove the faulty product from my property, I am provided with excuses, followed by silence. I am still left with a non-functioning door system.Buyer beware. There are far more reputable dealers out there.

Horrendous experience! Worst install and service! 2 YEARS LATER, WE STILL CAN'T EVEN OPEN OUR DOOR . After the door arrived with the wrong glass it took them nearly a year to install the correct glass, after we received NO RESPONSE for months after leaving numerous messages. HUGE MISTAKE doing business with these people. The gentlemen who finally installed the correct glass confirmed that the door wasn't installed straight (hence not being able to open it) and assured us their manager would have the installer fix it. We have never heard from them since. It's one year later and we still have to use our garage door to enter our home (with our infant) as this door was our main point of entry. These people are a nightmare to deal with and I don't expect they will be in business for very long. BE WARNED!!!!
