Dahlkempers is the absolute best! We ordered a ring online from a different company and it ended up being a very bad experience. Finally, we went to Dahlkempers and their team helped us create an extremely beautiful ring!

Look no further! Dahlkamper’s is the absolute best jewelry store you can find. Family owned, well run, knowledgeable, incredible customer service (especially from Katherine!). We’ve gotten all our jewelry here and continue to find their selection and willingness to create new pieces unmatched. We live in a large city with plenty of jewelry store options, but we still go back to Dahlkamper’s every time because of the service, attention to detail, and overall experience. Highly recommend!!!

I have always loved my experiences at Dahlkemper’s in the past. This experience was the best one I have had! I wasn’t sure what I wanted but then I meet Alysha. She was so knowledgeable and attentive to what I was saying. She guided me in a direction with a ring design I never would have gotten to by myself and I am absolutely in love with the end result! I would highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs!

I can not recommend Dahlkemper's enough! My fiancée and I worked with Seema to create my custom engagement and wedding set that incorporated my mother's blue sapphires and round diamonds. She helped me keep within our budget to find the perfect engagement diamond, created a CAD drawing for us of what my design would look like and was helpful and responsive to all our questions. She and the team made the whole process wonderful! Not to mention they have the best warranty in town and are locally owned. Don't think twice about coming here!

The staff was very helpful and took their time with me and my fiance' when we were selecting our wedding bands. They were very patient and we didn't feel pressured to spend more money. I told them what I was looking for and they presented multiple options but left it up to us to make our final decision without trying to upsell us. I love that they were very personable and that we were supporting local. They are very reasonable and have many options or you can even custom design something with them. The staff is very knowledgeable without being overbearing or in your face. I would definately do business with them again. thank you!

Dahlkemper’s is wonderful! Such kind and helpful staff. It’s hard to come by great customer service, and I always have a great experience here!My engagement ring/wedding band was purchased at Dahlkemper’s. I stop in often to get it cleaned, as well as to get it looked over to ensure there are no loose stones. (It’s a free service they provide). The service is always very fast.I want to acknowledge Patty and Josh for the wonderful help today—I stopped in today for a routine cleaning/look-over. Patty saw that one stone was wiggling and needed tightened (the first time in the seven years that I’ve had it). Patty even took care to show me with their magnification device so that I’d be able to see for myself what needed tended to!!!I’m so impressed that although they were VERY busy, they somehow took care of everything right on the spot for me!!! Josh worked on my ring and then cleaned it. I’m so pleased to have it taken care of so quickly. Amazing service! A quick visit, nice people, and I’d also like to add that the cost was very reasonable for the stone tightening! Thank you guys so much!!!!

My future hubby and I can't rave enough about Dahlkemper's! He purchased the most gorgeous engagement ring from there - so we absolutely had to go back for our wedding bands! We live in the Pittsburgh area, but the short trip up is so, so worth it. We had impeccable service the minute we walked into the store. Two lovely ladies helped find bands for my fiancé and I, and even went above and beyond to locate the ring I was picturing and even have it shipped in to try on. We can't wait to get back up there for the final purchase - thanks again for all you have done and continue to do! I see many jewelry purchases from here again in the future - can't recommend enough!
