This past Saturday drove to St Saveur from Montreal to do some shopping with my gf...starting hearing noise coming from back tire..could not believe my back right wheel missing 2 out of the 4 lugnuts..just had new summer tires installed and obviously pure negligent they did not re install 2 of them.. very dangerous ,,we could have been killed..called Canadian Tire St Jerome ,,explained situation ..we made it there and they took me in right away and installed missing lugnuts ..got th bill wow ..No Charge..Big thanks and won't forget the kind gesture....

I couldn't find what i was looking for but the service here is so friendly being that my french is not very strong. I love St.Jerome for this reason. I shall always return. Thanks for your patience.

Service was horrible (auto parts counter). Wasn't impressed. Given the wrong parts. Got a shrug when I came back in to return them. Was told it's what the computer said"... not going again. Other than that return counter was competent and the store was clean."

Store personnel are very pleasant, helpful and friendly. They seem to have adjusted their prices to reflect competitive offerings. My last visit at the St-jerome store went very well. They have a good team.

Drove from Piedmont to purchase curtain items as per your website in-stock. Tried to call your store no answer. Showed up ,not able to find items on your shelves, asked one off your employee. He was not able also find items, came back and stated need too order. Disappointed. Why is your inventory not up to date for clients.

Super helpful and accomodating staff at the Auto Service Centre saved my buns one cold winter morning as they accepted to fit me in last-minute when a different tire shop refused to install my tires.
