Charlie was available to do our home inspection very quickly and at a time that worked for us. He explained everything and took us through the home, showing us everything he'd be including in his report. He was very assuring that his report would be detailed so we didn't have to take notes. The final inspection report was indeed very detailed and made available to us within hours of our inspection. He made himself available for follow up questions and was so friendly and approachable. Absolutely great experience, highly recommend!

Charlie was great, and I highly recommend him for your home inspection. I was a first time home buyer, and he walked me through every inch of the home pointing out everything he saw, explained what he was looking for and what each defect meant and how best to repair it/deal with it. I really appreciated how thorough he was, how responsive, and how he made himself available on short notice. He helped make a stressful process a little easier which I really appreciated, and was extremely professional. Highly recommend!

Charlie was very friendly and professional, explained everything in detail. The detailed report that I received shortly after the inspection had lots of pictures and comments on everything, even if it was a very minor concern. We were able to book him short notice to a somewhat remote location and it was no problem. Great experience, I'd for sure recommend Charlie and will absolutely call him the next time I need a home inspection.
