Extremely poor service and misleading information. Flowers were delivered one day late.I was told they didn’t have the required flowers to make up the display. They refused to refund my payment when I cancelled the order.Flowers for an event are no good when the event was the previous day.Very disappointing, I do not recommend this company.

I ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral. I was so disappointed when I picked up the flowers - I was embarrassed to have them on the head table. We have order before new ownership and the difference is like night and day. Would not recommend!!!! Too bad because prior I would have recommended this place hands down

Absolutely amazing!! Kim did an incredible job on the flowers for my wedding. She went over and above following my inspiration photos and was very accommodating with the whole process. Would highly recommend.

From my last minute needs to well coordinated arrangements, I would hands down recommend Kim and Blooming Muskoka to anyone!Kim’s knowledge and experience can be seen in all of her arrangements and bouquets!
