Smiths Falls Stor-N-Lock

I would not do business with this company again, we were double billed, then had to prove it (he couldn't be bothered to check on his end). The units are difficult to access in the winter due to ice build up, from February until March. The website says that there is a multi-unit discount, which we were not able to get. We moved in mid month, and paid full rate after being told that it went by move-in date, when we notified him we were moving out he insisted on being out by the first of the month.

Great experience. Management was very accommodating and could meet with very short notice. 100% would store here again.

They like to rip people off

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I have had my stuff stored my stuff with this place for over a year and made my payments. They locked me out and I sent multiple texts asking why with no response. I had to get my mom to call because they were not answering my calls. They proceeded to tell my mom that I owed $168. I went through my banking for the year and I over paid by $210. I sent them the $168 so I could just come and get my stuff, when I did go to get my stuff it was all wet and damp. I would not suggest anyone to use this place unless your good with extortion. They even had the audacity to put for things up for auction despite being overpaid.
