Very impressed by Kevin and staff. I had a dent on the hood of my car that was quickly quoted and they booked me in for the repair within days. When I picked up the car it looked brand new - the car had been washed, vacuumed and the dent perfectly repaired. Will recommend to others for sure.

Found out about this place thru my insurance company after an accident. These guys are phenomenal at what they do, and they’re very kind too. They got my car completely fixed up in under 2 weeks, and they did me an immense kindness by completely cleaning the inside of it too. Thank you guys so much for doing what you do and for being so nice! While I hope I don’t need your services again, if I do, I’ll be sure to come to you guys :)

I can't rave enough about how amazing their work and customer service was. The fix was done quicker than expected and for a very reasonable price compared to any other body shop. They fixed a huge dent that now you would never even know was there. Would recommend FixAuto to anyone in a heartbeat! Would give 6 stars if I could!

I had the misfortune of being rear-ended by a pickup and requested to bring my car here as they've worked on a precious vehicle of mine. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. So far above and beyond in customer service and workmanship. Truly the best in Guelph.

So far not impressed but I wait to see how my truck will look. I was told they have to use substandard used parts because of insurance company and insurance company tells me I should talk to adjuster...just a lot of shuffling the buck. As always the victim gets the shaft and the insurance companies and repair shops get rich.....truck took a little longer than expected but I must admit for a black vehicle the body work is impressive. Usually black shows any imperfection but the truck looks great! The staff was pleasant and courteous. Turned out to be not a bad experience but still not happy with the insurance company.

My insurance company introduced me to Fix Auto. I am very happy with the quality and professionalism from this business. Not only did they repair the damage to my front bumper from being rear ended. They cleaned the interior of my vehicle as well. And assisted with installing two new sun visors. Fix Auto goes over and above with their customer service! Thank you!

I was introduced by my insurance company to Fix Auto, Mr. Luc Gervais attended to my needs. My wind shield was replaced within 24 Hrs., as the amount was below the deductible I paid out of pocket. The service and quality of customer care is beyond words, I was dropped and picked up from my place by the FIX Auto. Highly recommended for any kind of auto related works at most competitive cost.

Replacement of my rear bumper. 1st thing is they lost my remote start key! And now I encountered alot of defects on their work. Lock not secured and small cover and other accessories they removed to replace my rear bumper are not properly took off and installed. Lock of the cover are broken and starting to came out of place! This is not what I expected

Picked up my car today, Had a great experience, they fixed the scratches on my car from being rear ended, i had called several times to get updates on my car and they were very friendly and gave me updates every time, they also cleaned the interior of my car!
