I come here way too often. Like way way too often. Been here 6 times just in the past 30 days. I’ve also been to more than enough countries to visit and for layovers to know that Pearson is honestly one of the worst. If it isn’t the wait lines then it’s the constant delays and the fact that 30 of my group’s suitcases were LEFT at the airport for literally no reason and not brought to our destination 12 hours away is not okay. I mean yes it was Air Canada or Pearson but it happened here sooooooo.This is not it for me … Pearson has to learn from other airports.

I make to this airport usually 2-3 times a year and it’s always goes as planed. Lots of self parking which I usually do because its so easy. Always check in from Home which makes it move quickly. One my of my favourite airports to fly out of.

Many complain about airports. I must say they have not experienced larger airports to appreciate L.B.Pearson airport. I often use the kiosks and go through online pre check in and almost always it’s a breeze to check in. If I needed to go through line ups for check in the lines moved very well and the airline personnel is working friendly efficient and fast.Security check is everywhere a nuisance. The gates area is great with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Designated tablet tables are a great facility to bridge time. Washroom facilities are always clean.

Was still fairly quiet at 5am, US customs and security was a breeze, staff were very friendly.

Waiting at gate D5to fly to Sydney NS. It’s like being in a barn or literally a basement. Cold down here. Not even a TV! My goodness can you not treat people better than this.

Our flight AC 144 / 11 June landed at 1926 from Calgary but our luggage still not offloaded from aircraft and people waiting !!!The worst airport management!!

Really efficiently run airport. The food is great and the staff ensure everyone is processed in a timely fashion. Make sure to try the poutine. It's made fresh and reminds me of Montreal loaded with real cheese curds!

Over 3 hour wait to go through U.S customs alone only 6-7 staff & hundreds of passengers...many who missed their flights! They should have a rough idea of how many people to anticipate! Hire more staff.
