Dennis and his team are always respectful and efficient when it comes to caring for my hot tub! They go out of their way the second I call to make sure everything is running properly and my chemicals are balanced! Highly Recommend!!

Very prompt and professional service. After the call was placed to have a look at our hot tub that had not been working, Dennis was there the very next morning to have a look for us. Problem was diagnosed....parts were ordered and we were back up and running in a very short time. He's always available for any questions we may have. I highly recommend the Hot Tub Men.

I never write reviews, however, Hot Tub Men, and Denis, are just simply criminals. From my perspective they don't actually have any hot tubs and once they have your deposit, good luck getting it back. Its been 5 months and not only do I not have a hot tub, I still don't have my $3K deposit. I have never experienced something like this in my life. Do not even entertain the idea of contacting them.*edit* - I still don’t have all of my money back, nearly 8 months after deposit.

All the one star reviews are absolutely true, dennis will promise everything and deliver on nothing. Everything he says is a lie. He will take your money and never answer your messages. Expect a piece of junk hotub repaired incorrectly, homemade steps, cover held together with duct tape, and your 12month warranty" will be a year of lies

******Buyer Beware*******We bought a hot tub in good faith from Dennis for my husband’s 60th birthday. Dennis delivered a broken hottub in April; leaking and missing parts upon delivery. We have pleaded repeatedly for a refund or new tub to no avail. He came once to repair it and put a lift that was supposed to come with the tub originally . It still continues to leak. We’ve only got to use it 1 time on my husband’s birthday. My kids pooled their $$ together to make this happen for their dad. I’m sick that we picked this guy and trusted The Hot Tub men to do business with. Dennis (when and if he answers the phone or texts) keeps saying he’s coming, sets up a date, we take time off work and he’s a no show. I’m talking at least 12-15 missed appointments at least. His last promise was that he’d hire a local beachcomber dealer tocome and service and fix it. Again no show and no response. It’s been over 3 months that he’s had our $5k and we have a defective hot tub. Time to go the legal route soon.Tried to help the small business guy, but he is dishonest and a thief. So extremely disappointed in humanity.

The hot tub men I found was Informative, reasonable and the selection was great. This guy is the real deal. Thank you for the insight as to getting the hot tub best for my budget.

Horrible service. Over promises, under delivers (if he actually shows up AT ALL when he claims he will) Warrenty a joke. Never heard a business man" use SO many excuses or lack of communication. Save your money. DO NOT BUY FROM DENNIS G"

Needed a minor repair to my hot tub cover lifter. Other businesses I reached out did not seem to be interested in helping. I then reached out to The Hot Tub men who provided quick professional service within 1 day ! Pleasure to deal with!

Absolutely stay away from this company. We dealt with Dennis and he was very unprofessional. We sent a deposit and was promised a delivery. The night before delivery I went to confirm and was told the hottub was rotten and would not be delivered, .. they said they would fix it. This was already a week after “approximate” 3 week delivery time. Once seeing the horrible condition the hottub was in we asked for a refund. Throughout our whole experience we barely received any answers to our calls and messages. Everytime he was suppose to show up, it was always a no-show. It took over months to receive our money back after being ignored and given excuses. Extremely unprofessional and tried to sell us junk. Do not recommend!!!

We have had a great experience dealing with the hot tub men in Chatham.We ordered a hot tub with a 3-4 week delivery time, and it came at 3.5 weeks.In the last 4 days since delivery… We have had a few issues with the pump, and they have had THE BEST customer service. Walking us through at home steps we could try (even late on a Saturday night), and always promising no matter what issues the tub had, they would make sure it was working 100%. Dennis and his employee James have been at my house multiple times trying to figure out error codes, and they took the pump for new parts and brought it back the next day! You never know buying a used tub what you are getting and everyone is different. Dennis always assured us that if he didn’t know how to fix it, he would contact the manufacturer for guidance. He even came at 9:30 at night to help getting it running after working ALL day. We are happy that everything is running perfectly now!!The customer service has been the best we could of asked for, they definitely put your mind at ease when buying a used tub! They work hard, are super friendly and have been so helpful! I would highly recommend!
