Heard this was a great place to get a screen replaced. I dropped in to get a quote and it was less than what I expected. Walked out with a great looking screen (added a screen protector also) 15 minutes later. Great service and they were up front with me that there was a small chance that facial recognition wouldn’t work due to where the screen was broken. The phone is working perfectly!

My iPhone screen froze while running errands. I went to in to see if they could help. Mehak met me with a smile and took my phone to Simar. Simar quickly fixed my phone and I was on my way. Just the most amazing experience! Thank you ladies for your expertise and kindness! I highly recommend this store. My husband also went here to get his iPhone battery replaced and they did an amazing job for him too!

Came in for a broken screen repair on an iPhone. Guy working behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done in less than an hour and at less than half the price of the apple store. I would not hesitate to go back in the future

I bought a new phone and went into this Sherwood Park location and was greeted by Claudia she was extremely kind and very patient. Claudia did the setup of my phone with a great deal of time spent with me, making sure that my settings were done and Showing me how to use the phone and answer thoroughly every single question I had.Hi highly recommend this location, as well as the very professional staff.

Amazing service. Unfortunately there was not one in camrose at the moment because they closed down so I had to resort to go to Sherwood Park but the experience was great, quick and efficient. When I left my phone there to get fixed I know I was in good hands.

Website states they fix Samsung tablets. We stopped in and were told they only do Ipads, iPhones, and Samsung phones.

Who can say anything bad about a phone getting fixed for free! My iPhone 11 suddenly stopped working. It just would not turn on, nor was there any indication that it was charging. So, I brought the phone into the Mobile Klinik. After a couple of hours I got a call telling me the phone was back in working order. The issue? The battery came unplugged. I asked what was owed for the repair, thankful I did not have buy a new phone, and was told, No charge." The repair was covered under their "Free pre-service phone inspection". Thank you to the ladies in the Sherwood Park store. It was awesome getting a break during these inflationary times."

Stopped in recently because I dropped my old iPhone 7plus and the control button wouldn't work. Mehak moved the control button to the screen so I could still use the phone, gave some great advice on what type of phone I could upgrade to and this was ALL FREE. I have visited this store before and the staff is friendly and informative. Highly recommend Mobile Klinik for phone advice and repairs.
