So my spouse and I went in to the store to upgrade our phone. We upgraded. When we Left and were walking to our car we looked at eachother and said that they were great.Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have had with bell and we have been with this company for 12 years.We were helped by Simone and Kevin. Both were very knowledgeable, personable and seemed to be a good team.

I just got a new phone at Bell in Emerald Hills in Sherwood park Alberta. The bell sells person was Kevin Patrick, he was very helpful and polite. Absolutely rotten attitude from the store owner. Puts store policies in place that even Bell doesn’t agree with. Deals with customers with a contemptuous attitude. Stay away from this store owner if you want even moderate customer service. His employees are very good but the owner is difficult to say the least

Had a great experience dealing with the manager – excellent advice on products, plans and purchase timing. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed for the best price. Highly recommend!

Kevin the store manager was amazing. I had gone to another Bell store after just moving here from another province, i had a paper drivers license and no picture ID. He got me a new phone with my own number set it all up and was so kind. I had been at another Bell store the day before and the girl couldn't do anything. The guys at the shop were great. Set me up on a Sunday afternoon with a new phone and made the experience easy and efficient. Answered questions and were polite and friendly. Way better than the experience I got at the mall location the week beforehand! Highly recommend. Oh...and as a bonus, they weren't playing Christmas music in November!

We came into Bell to discuss there business plans. We were greeted by Simone who explained the business plan and what Bell could do for us. Kevin, the manager, also helped us out, as we transferred 5 lines and added an additional 2.Both Simone and Kevin were extremely knowledgeable, patient and explained everything to us in great detail. We were advised that the iPhone 11’s we wanted were on order, and we would be notified once they were in store. When we went into the store to sign off/switch over we were again explained everything in great detail and made sure everything was clear before proceeding.Throughout the time we first walked into Bell to the end of our signing, we were kept in the loop by both Kevin and Simone. They both went above and beyond! We noticed that when other customers came in, everyone was treated with the same outstanding service. We never once felt that pressured by them and they truly seemed to have our best interest at heart.We cannot say enough about the service we received from Kevin & Simone and we will be recommending them!!Follow Up: the next day we received a call from Kevin to ensure our services were switched over and that everything was working well.
