We have been using Hire A Maid for roughly 5 months, a few months in Whitby, then a few months in Toronto (during our renovation). All the cleaners are exception and professional.In Whitby - Jaye is amazing! She is always extremely thorough and goes above and beyond (cleaning our furry cat tree!).This week Kallie and Jaye both teamed up for our first clean back in our renovated home and they did an amazing job.While we were in Toronto - Jessie was our regular cleaner and she was also amazing (very professional, respectful and detailed). I highly recommend Hire A Maid!

On Thursday, February 24, 2021 I called Hire A Maid House Cleaning Services Inc. to inquire about a deep cleaning service for my house. I spoke with Ashley on the phone and she listened to everything I wanted to have cleaned and informed me that she had a cancelation for tomorrow morning and that she could have two professionals come and clean my house. I couldn't believe the fast turn around it was fantastic.On Friday, February 25, 2021 both cleaning professionals arrived on time at 10:30am with all of their own cleaning supplies, masks and etc. My husband let them into our home and they immediately started to work. During this time I was sleep (I work shift work and I'm on nights this week). They were extremely quiet while cleaning. I woke up introduced myself and told them if they needed anything to please let me know. Diane and Lisa C. were very professional, they worked very hard to clean our home. They even cleaned out our drain in our bath tub, which let me tell you I couldn't believe the amount of hair and such they found. They definitely saved us from getting a plumber.We are incredibly grateful and appreciate all of their hard work. We will definitely have Diane and Lisa C. back over to clean or home. We hired “Hire a Maid” for post renovation and deep cleaning service and we are truly amazed of how the house looks right now. Shea, Jaye, Kaitlynn were super friendly and they took their time to make sure no corner was left unattended. Spl mention to Katie for dropping by to check if everything was going as planned. Hire A Maid have always been extremely professional, and our current cleaner does a fantastic job every time. I can't recommend them enough. Our initial deep cleaning was very well done, and the maintenance cleaning every two weeks has kept our condo is great shape ever since.

I used hire a maid for the first time and got their initial deep cleaning done, overall very satisfied. MaKayla and Rebecca did a great job! I don’t think my house has ever been this clean before. They showed up on time, both very polite and professional. Very respectful of the fact I work from home by asking if it was okay to use the vacuum upstairs to make sure I wasn’t on any calls. Already booked for the next cleaning.

Hire a maid worked with me to find a perfect cleaner for my home and lifestyle. Their cleaners arrive on time and take into consideration any special requests you had discussed with the coordinator. Also they're great with my dogs! Highly recommend.

The team was on time and did a thorough cleaning as requested. They worked independent of one another and were very professional. Although I had a limited time due to cost, they completed everything that I needed. I was very impressed at how clean my blinds were. It's a terrible job to do myself but they did such an amazing job and the bathrooms! WOW! So clean. I highly recommend this company.

Started using Hire a Maid about 6 months ago, and are so glad we did. We have a scheduled cleaning once a month, and Tammy always does a great job. Very friendly and always on time. I love how she folds up the towels and blankets each time--super fun touch! Hire a Maid is always very responsive to questions or concerns, too.
