Treasure Island Cycle's & ATV's

Bill was very helpful with purchasing a quad for my son. Took time to go through the options and ordered what we thought would be the right fit. After a few weeks we decided it wasn't what we needed and Bill gave us no hassle in returning it. Its a big toy purchase for a kid and its a relief to know Bill is taking care of us!

Took in a 50 cc 4 wheeler that another shop had for 8 months and claimed to have repaired, but it still didn't run. It was dropped of at Treasure island on a Monday just after lunch. It was diagnosed the evening and We had the results at 8 am Tuesday morning with a total for what it would cost to repair. We gave them the go ahead it was done in less than a week. It was our 6 year old great grandsons, Bill the owner and his mechanic kept us informed thru all the steps.As it was going to cost more than the original quote, Bill the owner decided to absorb the extra cost. The end result is that we should have taken it to Treasure island in the first place. Awesome job Awesome people, thank you very much.We highly recommend anyone taking their equipment to this business.

Worst bike shop ive ever encountered, tried to order a part they asked for an etransfer which is red flag number one. Couldnt sent me a picture of the part, when i asked if they would ship to NEWFOUNDLAND they said yes. Gave them my address and then they told me they checked my ip address ( invasion of privacy unless youre in law enforcement) to tell me im in a place ive never heard of before. Safe to say ill find the part elsewhere or do without before they get any money from me!

My first meeting with Bill, and I can tell you, that the emphasis of this business is to please each and every family who wants this exact experience. A fun-filled mud-slinging bumpy turning raceway against your kids that will make them smile uncontrollably.

Bill was so giving! We had fireworks that he totally supplied on Canada day because our city didn't have any. Good job Bill!

When going there.. ALWAYS sure to ask if the place is legally insured and request to see and read the insurance papers.... and be sure he is properly licensed for any event he is having on his property... you may regret it if you don't... and besure your car alarms are on....

Sometimes you have to take low google reviews with a grain of salt. Don’t let it deter you from missing out on a good time or great deal. Me and my girlfriend stopped by here to check out the EBike rentals so we could explore more of the kawartha area and not Kill ourselves pedalling on our pedal bikes. I’m really glad we did. He gave us an amazing deal and the service was actually some of the best ive ever seen in my life. Gave us helmets and made sure we knew where to go. Also offered 24h emergency assistance if we needed it. Let us keep the bikes an extra night so we had extra time to explore more areas and didn’t charge us. I’ve never had good experiences with rental places, but this one was amazing. Even offered to sell me some nice ebikes for half of what I could find anywhere else online. If people think it’s rip off then they don’t understand commerce at all. Of course people need to make a profit to stay in business. But he was honest about what he’d make for essentially supplying the product which is unheard of where I’m from. Im definitely going to come back again and bring my business here for the winter time. Did an amazing job at making us feel comfortable with the bikes we rented and I never felt at any point he was trying to take advantage of us. If you’re looking for a rental or even to purchase a bike or atv I would highly recommend stopping here. If I’m willing to drive 4 hours back here just to ensure this man gets my business, then that says something. Thank you again for making this trip that much better!

This owner" Bill just publically insulted a whole bunch of people on social media calling us all Idiots and telling us we are jealous of his business and letting us all know we are not welcome at his business with some interesting and colourful suggestions of what we should do instead. Won't be a place I'll ever want to visit until there is new ownership! absolutely awful!"

On Christmas Day, Bill hopped in his truck and drove me a part for the new atv I got my son.Thanks for going the extra mile to make sure your customers are happy!
