Linda Clarke was the kindest sales person I have ever dealt with. She was knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs to provide good recommendations and choice. She encouraged us to take our time and lay on the mattresses to really see how our body responded to the support. I highly recommend her!

The Brick provides the best options by far with all the name brands available. Great sales on the weekly flyer. Customer service from Michael and Linda was excellent.Delivery personnel did a good job, they were on time and there was no damage to the product or residence.

Linda Clarke, at the Brick Mattress store in Cambridge was knowledgeable , friendly, patient and kind. It was a pleasure interacting with her while buying a new mattress. She knows her stuff, was genuine, wasn’t pushy and didn’t follow us around the store, like many other salespeople do. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing experience. The sales manager Chris listen to my concerns and needs. Did not try to up sale me and gave me a recommendation. I purchased the mattress and box spring with no buyers remorse because I knew I found what I needed and it was within my budget. Chris knows his stuff and I will return.

After relieving little attention/help from Sleep Country across the street, my partner and I came here to find a mattress for our new home.Chris was great at analyzing our situation and recommending the perfect mattress for us. No sales pressure, no haggling for prices - just a transparent and friendly experience all together.As first time mattress shoppers, we almost resorted to online to stores like Endy/Juno/Bloom.
