We went to Umrah with Alhabib Travels! Tickets and visa process was smooth! We had a orientation before leaving for Umrah! The best part of the whole process! It was very helpful and maulana Maaz answered all our queries. They gave us a PPT to go through and also books to learn more about UmrahMedina - We landed in Medina and had to wait for an hour or so before the bus picked us up. It was a luxury bus. We were told we will get 5 star hotels in Makkah as well as in Medina. The hotel that was booked was 3 star hotel. We sat there for around 2-3 hours but did not get any room. We were told we have to move to another hotel - Artal International. The most pathetic hotel one can be in. Although its 5 mins for Masjid, its the worst hotel. (Please look up the review of the hotel as I should not mention the problems with the hotel here)Makkah - In Makkah we got to stay in Swissotel which is a 5 star hotel as promised. The Makkah stay was wonderful! No complaints at all!Last day at airport, we were given free lunches and that was the most delicious Biryaani I ever had!Commutes were hassle free! Ziraayats were wonderful! Maulana was always there to answer any questions we had! Shahzad Bhai did his best to make everyone comfortable!! He tried to be on top of things!Was only disappointed with the stay in Medina as we did not get something that was promised. However, since its busy time of the year may be thats the reason we had to face issues! They really tried to solve it for us and we could see the efforts. Other than that, it was alhamdullilaah very good and I would recommend everyone to choose Alhabib travels when planning for Umrah!

Considering that this was our first time doing Umrah, my family and I didn't known what to expect. Brother Shehzad Habib, made sure to keep us informed and educated on how ibada was to be performed and the reason for the ibada. Excellent hospitality and excellent care. My family and I travelled with Al-Habib group (first time ever going in a group) in December 2022 which was an interesting experience. It is no doubt that Mr. Shahzad (our group leader) had a lot to manage, it is not easy dealing with and taking care of 50+ individuals but I think there were times where there was some miscommunication that could have been avoided but he did his best in leading our group nonetheless. Our experiences both in Madina and Makka were great and that is thanks to Mr. Shahzad! The only suggestions I have for this agency for future Umrah group travel is to send a checklist to the families/people travelling especially for the first time as there were some things you really can’t prep for if you don’t know what to expect like extra safety pins to tie the ihram, scissors to cut hair for ladies etc. But overall, it was a good experience. We also had the pleasureof meeting really great families during this trip. There was a lot of cooperation between the group members which also really enhanced the experience.

First time I visited with my whole family to Umra through Alhabib travels. Shahzad Bhai personally took care of everything and always did his best to provide best services. The labels he gave made collecting bags and Zam Zam water very easy. He was very kind and treated everyone like family, treating us to meals and helping us throughout the stay. Mashallah with Al Habib travels my family experience was excellent. December month was very crowded in Medina and Mecca because of that all hotels were fully booked but Shahzad bhai did everything to get rooms for everyone. My 2 teenage sons also had a good time learning about the Deen from moulana maaz.

I went with Al Habib travel for Umra in the December 2022 group. I had an overall pleasant experience with them and saw a genuine desire from their side to try and resolve any issues faced by people in the Umra group. Would recommend them to anyone considering going for umra.

Recently travelled with Alhabib travel for Umrah in December 2022. Highly reccomend a honest and trustable person in brother Shahzad. Overall experience was a 10/10. Shahzad bhai will go out of his way to help with any of our needs or concerns. Taking 50+ individuals/families across the world is not an easy task for anyone, but brother Shahzad has done an excellent job in managing travel/food/tour accomodations for all travellers. May Allah SWT bless him and honor him.

We had a horrible experience traveling for Umrah with Al Habib Travel from December 22, 2022 to January 2nd, 2023. If I could give negative stars, I would. They literally lied every step of the way.Starting at Pearson Airport, they had no representative who was traveling with the group. Their group booking placed my family all over the plane, which I have not experienced traveling with other travel agencies like Falcon or Dar El Salam. When asked about this, Shahzad said it was the airline’s fault and that he couldn’t do anything. The role of a travel agency is to ensure comfort of its clients, Al Habib Travel was far from professional.We flew Cairo to Madinah and were promised Jummah at Masjid Al Nabawai, but upon our arrival in Madinah we were told to go pray at the airport Mosque. We then waited for 2 hours before we boarded the bus because our check-in time for the hotel was 4pm.We arrived at the hotel which was supposedly a 5-star hotel (it was actually -1 star best). Dirty sheets, smelly room, broken washroom fixtures. We were a family of 5 that paid for five people and they gave us a room for 4 and said just to accommodate. After much pushing back from my parents they moved us to a different -1star hotel, which had 5 beds but 2 bath towels. We kept asking that we needed more towels, but didn't receive any, 48 hours in, we just gave up and got our own room for the next two days that ended up costing us another 1000 USD.The disorganization of Al Habib continued when we arrived in Makkah. Prior to booking, we made it very clear that we will travel via train due to an injury that one of our family members has, therefore we will arrive in Makkah prior to the group, and would like to check-in right way and then head for our Umrah. We were promised that someone will be there to receive us but low and behold this individual is not in sight, and kept lying that he was there just minutes ago. It took us 3 hours to check-in because the booking was not in our name. Shahzad again blames the hotel because of course nothing is his fault. Again the room is for four people and not for five. We try to contact Shahzad and he is not responsive. We again had to upgrade the room to accommodate all of our family which cost another 1400 USD.Anytime anyone complained in the group chat they made it admin only and deleted the messages that weren't to their liking.There was also misogynistic and chauvinist behavior from Shahzad and his dad towards any female that was speaking up. If you have educated wife's or daughters/sisters with a mind of their own, I again recommend not to go with them as they will make them feel horrible for speaking up against their constant lies.Their prices are not even competitive. We only went with them because we thought going with a smaller group could be a much more wholesome experience….it was not.Do not consider them for any travel and save yourself the hassle of interacting with this extremely unprofessional man.

Al Habib Travels did a wonderful job on coordinating our Umrah. Both Makkah and Medina were great stays. We also were able to visit ziyaarat in both Holy cities.Despite it being very busy Mr. Shahzad and his crew did an amazing job in looking after us. Also had the privilege of meeting wonderful people in the group as well. Look forward to more trips to the Holy land with Al Habib In shaa Allah.

Shehzad bhai took good care of us during the entire trip. The hotel in Mecca was excellent with amazing breakfast. Our guide was very good too and very knowledgeable. My family really enjoyed the service. Thanks to Shehzad bhai and Anil bhai to accommodate us in this trip despite limited seats.
