Incredible and responsive service. Friendly and personable. Love that they use safe and earth friendly methods. I don't often require dry cleaning but this is the only company I'll use going forward.

I've been using Laundry Concierge since the pandemic. My old cleaner closed down but I'm soo happy I found these guys. Easy pick up, quick turn around and always back on time. Plus, I think one of the owners is kinda cute!! ;)

I’ve used this company for years and even after we moved out of the neighborhood. The service is excellent and reliable. The home delivery service has been very convenient. Customer service has been always been friendly and prompt. Highly recommend.

These guys do an AMAZING job for excellent prices… When you consider that someone comes to you, picks up your laundry, does it, folds it and brings it back and all for a price that isn’t even that much more than it would cost to do it yourself in a laundromat I sometimes worry that these guys may not charge enough and that they could decide it’s not worth it because they are LIFE SAVERS. I don’t know what I did before I took a chance on this service but I am so glad I did… These guys are so careful in one whole year of doing all my laundry and dry cleaning they have never lost or damaged a single item - not so much as a sock. All of the employees and delivery/pick up people are amazingly nice and professional and they’re very patient even when I manage to forget I had scheduled a pick up that day. Just really nice and professional people running this service and they really care about customer service. My experience has been that they treat your stuff as carefully as if it were their own… Because I’m a scatterbrained I have occasionally forgotten to separate some dry cleaning items and they always catch my mistakes if I put an item that would be completely destroyed in the wash they never put it through the wash even when it’s squashed between all the wash items because I forgot to weed it out… Fortunately for me the people at Laundry Concierge saved my dry clean only items from that fate.These guys are amazing and they do so much hard work for such affordable rates. I would say that if you’re concerned you may not be able to afford a professional laundry service give it a try at least once because you will probably be surprised that it’s actually pretty affordable especially given the amount of work involved for them.The owner of the business is always just a phone call away to answer questions and help if you’ve got a request. I am so glad I found these guys it’s a major stress reducer to be able to hand this off to someone so I can focus on everything else that needs doing. They can handle any of your cleaning needs and right now they’re cleaning my husband’s Canada Goose jacket so they are equipped to handle special requests or items like that.A BIG BIG THANK YOU TO LAUNDRY CONCIERGE!

Where have they been all my life! I wish I'd found Laundry Concierge sooner!I've had two awesome experiences with LC over the last month. No more will I have to wake up at the crack of dawn to get laundry done in my building's 3 machines that work questionably at best!Now I just need to learn how they fold so perfectly!Looking forward to having time back every week!

I’m very happy I picked laundry concierge, they picked up my laundry the next day and dropped it off in 2 days. They were flexible for delivery and went out of their way to deliver my laundry. Definitely recommend!

Avoid this place. First they shrunk all my clothes (despite following the correct directions on their app regarding which options to choose for the type of clothes), then they tried to repair it which failed, then they said they would try again and instead never returned the items and ghosted me. So in the end, they stole my laundry and I plan on taking legal action given how expensive the items were.

This is the best laundry place in Toronto. They came and picked up my laundry by me scheduling the day and time in the App. Then they delivered back the laundered and dry cleaned clothes on time for a good low price. No hassles. Amazing service.

Laundry Concierge is the most convenient dry cleaning service I've ever used. We have lockers at our condo so we can drop off & pick up 24/7. It's located right inside our building. The quality of the service is fantastic and customer support is very good if there is ever (rarely) an issue! I also like the option to launder instead of dry clean to be a little easier on dress shirts and keep them lasting a long time. Very happy with this service!
