Dealing with returns from our baby registry has become extremely frustrating here, they've recently changed their policy apparently. We had some bottles purchased for us off of our registry and ended up using a different brand. We took the paper that was given to us with the bottles which that the order number and total, we were told this is not a receipt and not good enough for a refund, but they will do it for us this time (as if this is some big favour to us). What is the point of a registry, where we direct people to come spend money there, if the registry provides little to no actual benefit?

Rosa was very knowledgeable about baby car seat. She made it very easy to find something that we loved.

Confirmed by my wife and by myself on different occasions: the stuff is rude including store manager.Frequently changing checkout layout, every time worse and worse, longer and longer lines.If it was not for kids, I would just leave the store without buying.In the baby department, rude employees always making excuses for not accepting coupons on overpriced baby items.

I just want to give a shout out to three ladies in the baby registry/baby department. One lady, who has grey hair was awesome! She answered all my questions and guided me to make the right choice for a stroller and car seat. Secondly, Stephanie! I think I must have annoyed her when I was making my registry but she is incredibly knowledgeable on all the products! She gave many suggestions and never pushed me to add something if I didn’t feel comfortable! What a great person! And lastly, Holly! She conducted the car seat installation for my boyfriend and I. Wow! She was funny and again, she knew what she was talking about! She prepared us mentally knowing my baby will be safe in the car seat. Thank you - this is proper customer service!

3 times I've bought something for my kids and 3 times its either missing something or has a broken part. first was a scooter missing handle bars, then water table missing the main centre piece, and now $600 plus ride on with a broken headlights and missing pieces

What a great experience! You can’t go wrong at this location. I really want to thank a few people at the Thickson location-Angie, helped me pick out the right thing for me. Holly, the one who helped us pick the right child seat. Plus each visit is pleasant and all the staff is very helpful.

Great place to bring your babies and kids. They have great toys and stuff for ids and babies.

Do yourself a favour & drive to the Pickering store. Most (I did say MOST) of the staff are very unhelpful & not too bright. I returned an item & the cashier actually signed my return slip, with her own name & gave it back to me! I didn't notice this until I got home.On another occasion the staff would not return a defective item. Which to me is a legitimate reason for a refund. I brought it to Pickering, where the staff was very helpful & exchanged the item, no problem.The store is seems very u organized, when compared to the Pickering store.Not to sound biased about the store in Pickering, but that & Whitby are the only 2 stores I've shopped in & there is zero comparison, in my eyes.

Worst store to shop in. I spent thousands of dollars here and did my baby registry here, bad mistake. Staff acts as if it's a burden to help you and they don't know anything about the products. When trying to buy a stroller for $1000 the staff would not show me anything or answer any questions I had. They try to make it hard to return or exchange anything. Avoid this store at all costs!
