If i could give a zero I would. I called them about an inquiry for corsages and wristlet which was shown on their website. The lady who picked up was so RUDE. The moment i asked about the corsage she was like no no no BYE thank you. What type of store answers like that? Never ever calling or going to this place. The call lasted for less than a minute. She hung up on me. Customer service here is absolute trash

Someone sent me flowers, the person sending was upset I got rashes from specific flowers that he told the third party he used not to send.. I did not know he was upset and told the third party service he used. So floral valley decides to call the recipient (me) to complain, and lay it all out on me. 5 minutes of complaining to me that the sender did all these things and they refused to listen to the third party site to redo the flowers, which again I didn’t know about… I called them out about as the recipient I shouldn’t be called and they said forget this phone call and ended the call… Not very friendly and god forbid they make a mistake because as they said it’s not their fault.. I’m not even the sender and it shouldn’t be my problem. Would not recommend. Was woken up to this crazy call.

I would highly recommend Floral Valley. The owner was so kind and went out of her way to make my order special. I ordered from Vancouver for a friend in Edmonton. My friend was thrilled when she received her beautiful arrangement. If you want beautiful flowers and great customer service, this is the place to order flowers from... Thanks King!

I just received a STUNNING arrangement from my best friend. I was home at the time of delivery but outside and didn’t hear the delivery driver at the door. I believe her name was King. Omg she was as sweet as the flowers!! After the delivery, I noticed a missed call on my cell. They called to let me know flowers were on their way. The arrangement is probably one of the nicest I have ever received!!!! Thank you Floral Valley!!

I needed a bouquet delivered on short notice. King was cheerful and efficient, taking down my details and getting my lengthy card message perfect. The flowers were delivered a couple of hours later, and the bouquet was beautiful. King had even found a vase in the colour I had requested. Exemplary customer service and a top-notch product! Very pleased.

My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines Day delivery and all was very good! A beautiful bouquet, and I am happy to report it still looks quite nice a week later! A couple of the roses look wilty, one is still opening and nice, and the tiny ones are dried, but pretty. The carnation, lilies, and daisies still look overall very good. The first lily is done, but the other ones opened up beautifully.The flowers he ordered looked like they did in the picture online.

King is so sweet and professional. She made a casket spray for my mother and the vertical spray for her from close family friends. Both displays were beautiful and fresh. She was very helpful with the Chinese Characters and made sure the names were correct. Flowers were delivered on time.

Ensure that FTD or Teleflora does not use this florist. The wrong arrangement was delivered and when I called to advise them, they did not answer the phone and never returned our message. Will be also be contacting FTD and Teleflora. Plus we paid for a deluxe arrangement and it was far from a deluxe size. Beware.
