Location for this summer hotel is top notch, and at half the price during F1, it's definitely a value. The room was fully cleaned when we arrived, and the internet took a 20 minute phone call to the It desk, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend.

I based my decision on reviews and I’m glad a did. The hotel is a hotel/student dorm but you wouldn’t know where the students stay at. My family and I (two toddlers), stayed at double beds room had enough room and bathroom is nice, okay size. There’s no microwave. We had room serviced everyday. Never needed the ice machine because there’s a mini fridge. WiFi works well for iOS but not Android. Very close to Jean Courte(drug store) and grocery store, which I did some snack shopping. I wished someone mentioned, there is no hotel parking. If you plan to rent a car, the streets are your parking spots and good luck with that as there is rarely a spot. However, there is a 24/7 public parking 3 buildings away from the hotel. Parking fee is $15 US for 24 hours. The parking fee will determine your final decision as it’s additional cost to stay at this place. Overall the easy transaction and location makes this stay worth it.

I organized a workshop event at La Citadelle. It was very easy to get the rooms. The size was slightly small for 50 people but it was doable. The set-up was not exactly what we had agreed upon and there was very little on-site support. The rooms were very functional though. I do think they need to adjust/replace the projector. The projection was small and the colours were off.

In terms of student housing, it's spacious and overall decent. One of the elevator goes out of service often but there are 2 other ones that can be used. The gym is very small though

Good central location for first timers to Montreal. The room is comfortable and a decent size to move around with the exception of the bathroom. It is quite small. Do not be mistaken if this place was like a hotel as there is only one ice machine in a 26 floor building, the gym is a 5 piece with no view (unlike statements on their brochures in the room) and no microwave. My biggest complaint is the lack of room service. Stayed here for 5 nights and the room was only freshened" once. I would have gone to the Best Western across the straight for this one point alone."

The rooms are really nice. I'm in one with two double beds, with the beds in separate rooms. Each room has a fridge, a TV, many drawers, and a closet. There is also a table with 4 chairs in the first bedroom. The bathroom is fine. There is two-ply toilet paper. The shampoos, lotion, etc smell of lemon and ginger. The hotel is a short walk to Place des Arts and the subway station there.

Room was OK. We had 2 double beds, which was fine. When the ambient lights were turned off at night, the fridge also went off. Room was also warmer than it should have been. Ice machine was 21 floors down and not working. Tiny elevator and ok room service. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was mediocre and needs to be re-thought.It was conveniently close to everything.

Stayed here for a conference. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. The location is central to many restaurants and key locations. Definitely worth coming back.

The staff has been amazing no complaints. The help my daughter navigate being away from home. They are kind understand and informative. The building itself is clean and well maintained. The only thing that's hard about the location is parking can be tricky but you can find some on the street or the garage next door if your lucky that is. Overall we've only had positives at this location.
