Going in to muay thai I didn't know what to expect, through the diligent teachings of the unstoppable warrior king of the jungle Bilal I have learned that there is joy, fulfillment and fun to be found in learning to fight with the goal of personal growth. The discipline I learned has helped me further my life goals, the people I have met at the gym have made me feel welcome and the coach has brought me a personalized experience where u can feel how much he wants to see each and every one of his students prosper. Loving my experience at Elevate MMA! Been training for 2 months and already see a huge difference in my energy and endurance. Coaches are a lot of fun and engaging, and are not shy to push you to achieve your goals. Their hours are pretty flexible too so you can always find a class to join on any given day. Can't stop, won't stop!

My daughter has been training at Elevate MMA for months now and we love it. She is happy and learns while having fun because the coaches are great. Bilal does an amazing job with these kids. Teaching then self-defense and basic discipline. It's like leaving your child with a responsible parent who ensures they can defend themselves, have fun and still keep that discipline every parent works so hard to instill in their kids. Elevate MMA is a great Mixed Martial Arts gym. From striking to grappling you can learn it all. They have course for beginners and for advanced athletes. The head coach Bilal will help you push yourself to the limit in a great friendly environment!

THE BEST Muay Thai gym I've ever been to so far in Ottawa.Kru(coach) Bilal (this dude kicked down a huge banana tree under 2 minutes!) and Christian make a great team and I like the fact that the gym is not that huge but more personal" that the morning classes feel like you got a personal trainer helping you out with your techniques and combos to elevate your game in Muay Thai. I really like how Bilal and Christian help challenge us and how every time we end our training we leave with smiling happy faces realizing how much fun we had and how awesome the training was. I highly recommend going there! I can't wait to try out the "Fight club" shark tank/bait event every Friday night! Always something new there. Kru Bilal has amazing and fun ideas in training you!"
