Best dental practice. Everyone who works there is so helpful and caring, i have always had great experience here. Joanne is very professional, friendly and does brilliant work every time I've been to her. She's very gentle and always checks I'm OK throughout, which has really helped me overcome my anxiety i developed after a bad experiance at a different practice. I highly reccomend Lorne House.

Reception part of experience was positive, friendly and helpful. Mai Linn was the dentist, she was very welcoming, professional and I am very happy with the treatment I received. I can't remember the name of the dental nurse but she was also very good.

As someone who is petrified of going to the dentist at my recent appointment l was made to feel relaxed. Allison was professional, friendly and offered excellent advice on how to proceed with my treatment. Dare l say l feel less anxious anout my follow up appointments.

Dentistry has faced huge challenges in last few years with real shortage of dentists but this practice always tries it's best to juggle scarce resources to help patients as much as they can. I've had great service and clear explanations when treatments have taken longer and offered cancellations when appropriate.

I've been a patient with this practice for many years now. I've had two different dentists attend to me and both have always provided me with exceptional care and treatment. Recently my daughter had her first visit to the dentist, a nerve wracking experience for every parent but the patience, calmness, manner, and friendliness shown by my dentist Alison put my wee one at ease very quickly and we made it through with not a single tear. Can't rate the team enough, all the dentists, nurses and reception team are excellent at what they do. Best practice in Dunfermline.
