Sales Associate Sunny handled our sale.We purchased a sectional from him. He was attentive and not pushy. He was very patient with us and gave us lots of options. He is very knowledgeable and extremely service driven. He offered discounts to us and honoured sales prices.Unfortunately the quality of the sectional was shockingly poor. We have notified the company and Sunny. Sunny is handling the issues and I hope it will be well compensated as this is quite disappointing.Overall service is 5*

Lastly, he got everything I needed in faster than expected and I couldn’t be happier! 5 stars to The Brick, 6 Stars to Sunny! Will be back again.

I came into the Langley location, during their tent sale, to purchase a mattress. Janik, salesperson, was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me decide which mattress to choose. He was able to handle all my questions and was very patient during the process. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back. Thanks Janik!

I will start off with the good. The sales team are amazing and very welcoming. But the company itself is not good at all. I've had my bed less then a year and it has fallen apart. When I contacted them to help fix my bed they just said sorry you don't pay extra for warranty and hung up on me. It's a small fix but they have been the biggest headache of a company and not helpful at all. I will definitely not support this company ever again. It's a shame because I really just wanted help fixing my bed. I was not asking for any compensation or anything else.

Originally I posted a review, on Saturday June 3, I then deleted it on Sunday June 4th. I wasn’t sure if I had the numbers right and I wanted to be fair. From our first purchase(a mattress), Vic, our sales associate back in February; has been friendly, courteous and gone out of his way, to be helpful.We then returned in March to purchase a pair of power recliners. When they arrived(on time), one was defective and the other was very uncomfortable. We went back, to talk to the store manager, Manpreet. We said, we did not want replacements, we just wanted to return these chairs and re-order different ones. She explained that due to restrictions(policies), she was unable to do this. The store could only offer to replace existing, defective chairs, with an identical pair. I told her that this was unacceptable. After a very frustrating hour or so, we decided to accept a refund less 30% restocking fee. At that time, I was totally confused as to what exactly we were being refunded, what exactly our payments would etc. She and Jas, the sales manager, calmly and politely went over the figures, with me. We then ordered a new pair of chairs. One was delivered a week later, and it was defective. Since then, I have been to the store 3 times, once to cancel the second chair, and then again to go over, exactly what we owed and how much our payments would be to Flexiti, the financial company. During all this, Manpreet and Jas have been exceptionally kind, patient, extremely polite and friendly. I cannot stress enough how much they have gone above and beyond, what anyone could reasonably expect, trying to come to a resolution. They have sincerely tried to come an equitable solution, to help us; while at the same time, following the Brick’s company policies.I think after working in retail for the better part of 30 years, that the Brick needs to rethink their return, exchange and warranty policies, as well as their accounting methods; so that everything is more transparent, and less confusing for everyone involved.It has been an unfortunate series of events and I don’t know what the final outcome will be. I do know, for me at least, that I would be happy to go back, just because of how we have been treated. These young adults have been wonderful throughout the entire ordeal, I thank them for their kindness and perseverance. The Brick is lucky to have them.

Went in super confused and unsure of which mattress to furnish. Fortunately, Harsh saved us and gave us the options and let us take our time without rushing us into our purchase. He was extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable with the mattresses and never over sold us with something we didn’t need. Definitely coming back to furnish the rest of our place! Thank you Harsh!

I purchased mattresses for my children and I but when I realized that I did not receive what I ordered (luxury plush, but received a luxury firm), I didn't realize I would have a 1 year long battle, just to get what I ordered and paid for! Because my sales rep, Sachin lied and told his supervisor I received what I ordered. Having to explain my situation to many different employees and not get call backs, or being told there's nothing they can do bc I already had a re-selection. Then going through Serta Canada and the district manager of the brick for months! In the end, it was confirmed that I did recieved the luxury firm mattress... no apology!Terrible customer service from staff and supervisors, I will never shop at the Brick again!

Went to the brick in Langley . My mom is interested in a adjustable bed tv stand end tables and patio furniture. She was also going to purchase a cooling pillow today and think about the rest. When she tried to buy the pillow today and take it home today, but they asked for her address. She wasn't prepared to give it today as she was taking her purchase home. They said they couldn't complete her sale without her address. It was a 250.00 pillow and cover 40.00. Over $300 sale they lost today all because my mom wouldn't leave her address. She was really disappointed and upset as the cooling pillow would have really helped her. Bad customer service.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever received was at the Brick. The two people at the desk did not know store return policy and blamed me for not knowing when in fact they were just constantly lying and gaslighting me to get me out the store.Had to take multiple trips to finally return the item but only after being met with argumentative and rude behaviour and an insistence that they (customer service reps) did nothing wrong.Fortunately the fourth person I talked would follow the clear and simple store policy but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and will never deal with the Brick. Not safe to spend 1000s of dollars at this company for large scale items when they don't care about their customers and make you spend tremendous amounts of effort to get even the straightforward done.
