A truly wonderful company to work for! Contact with management is simple and they are so reliable and always looking to help you get the most out of your employment. This job allows you to work in many facilities if that’s something that appeals to you, or, they help you find shifts at one or two homes that you’re comfortable in. You get to pick your shifts to what suits you and your personal schedule to make for a work-life balance that works for you. Plan A fosters an inclusive and supportive environment that makes you feel supported through all of the new opportunities they grant.

I work for Plan A as an RN and have had a great experience so far. The staff in the office are always supportive and highly appreciative. The salary and flexibility of this job are the biggest pros to me. It’s also great to be able to see and work in different facilities.

Working for Plan A as a PSW is a great experience. I am able to build my schedule in advance and work with my availability. The staff is very supporting which motivates me to pick up even more shifts.

I am a PSW and have worked for Plan A for about almost 2 months and I love it. The company is so amazing they are understanding and help with what they can. I love the fact that I can make my own work schedule and hours. I could not pick a better place to work and have my career in health care

Absolutely love it!! I work for Plan A and I've never been with a more flexible and understanding organization in all my years in healthcare. Amazing staff in and out of the office always willing to work with you and help as best as they can. Very supportive!! There's never any pressure to pick shifts up or work any day I dont want to. I am able to make appointments when I need them and work around my own schedule. There's nothing better than knowing I am supported each and everyday I go into work. Plan A is a must try!!

I just recently starting working for Plan A and it has been a wonderful experience. From a wonderful orientation, to awesome and supportive staff in the office. Someone is always there and available if you need them. They have lots of different homes you can work at and experience.Plan A is very accommodating and you choose the shifts you want to work makes it really easy and convenient to plan things outside of work. I really enjoy working for Plan A and I can’t wait to see where it takes me in a career as a PSW.-Celena A

I work as a rpn for the company and love it. They treat their staff amazingly. The availability is so open, having a husband who works shift work and a 10 month old this is the perfect place to work for since I can completely work around our schedules. They are always just a text away if I come into any issues that need solving, I always feel prepared and backed up every shift I go to. Highly recommend for anyone looking at a flexible health care career!
