Elite Home Renovation finished my garage by patching up all the drywall, finishing fixtures and painting. They also did the backsplash in my kitchen. They were affordable, professional, knowledgeable and worked fast.

Elite did a great job restoring are 3rd floor into an apartment great craftsmanship and they were done as the date projected,Carl was very helpful and courteous to our needs,thanks again ELITEHelen Sutherland

Javier and his team did a wonderful job on our bathroom and basement renovation. Javier is knowledgeable and clearly explains the nuances of the job. He answered all of our questions quickly and checked in with us regularly as the project was underway. I highly recommend him and his team!

Horrible company

Last year my brother-in-law purchased a 400 square foot commercial condo unit adjacent to his existing hair salon in order to expand his business. The scope of the work consisted of installing water pipes, a drain, two backwash units (sinks) and a electric water hearer, installing electrical convenience outlets and upgrading the electrical service from 30 amps to 100. Porcelain floor tiles were laid and carpentry work consisted of installing dry wall, an interior door and ceiling tiles for an esthetics room partition within the salon. Given Covid restrictions and lockdowns and condo rules and management required consents relating to unit construction, the completion of the work was very challenging, resulting in many unforeseen delays.. However Javier was very patient and understanding and respectful of these. We found Javier to be professional, knowledgeable and resourceful as when problems arose he was quickly able to find workarounds and solutions. Javier was reliable, dependable and throughout the process, maintained regular contact and promptly returned calls and texts. The skilled tradesmen (plumber and electricians) Javier arranged were incredibly skilled and helpful. My brother-in-law is immensely pleased with the finished unit. We would have no hesitation in using Javier and Elite Home Renovations in any future projects.

Superb work! Javier did an excellent job renovating our kitchen and a bathroom. He was able to get the whole project done in time, actually a few days early. His price was very reasonable and he was extremely good at presenting a range of options so that pricing could be flexible. All expenses were itemized and his estimate was very accurate. He also has very good relationships with his suppliers, particularly his cabinetry maker who was able to supply what he wanted quickly and without problems.He worked well alongside another company that was working in parallel to do a roof, soffits, fascia, siding replacement, and eavestroughs. Where the work of the two projects overlapped, he was very accommodating to the other contractor so that all the work went smoothly and without interruption.We highly recommend him and would happily work with him again without any hesitation.

Throughout the Quote and preparation phase Javier from Elite Home Renovation demonstrated great professionalism and patience as we went through the process. The detailed quote and follow up were exceptional and stood up in contrast compared to other contractor companies who submitted bids. He answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. The project task prices were fair, so In summary, highly recommended contractor that we hope to do work with in the future.

Javier was super patient, knowledgable and fast! Communicating with me prior to coming in he was able to estimate the project, advice me what products would be necessary, even offering to provide them. He managed to install multiple shelves around the house, and mount my TV all in under 2 hours. I really appreciate how proficient his work is and my living room looks great!

Javier is knowledgeable, dependable and a very skilled hardworking individual. I have recently worked with him on 4 different renovation projects and have been very happy with his work. He is fair and honest and will be someone that I will trust with future projects.
