Don’t order from this location, recipes not followed. Eight of us ordered drinks and spend upwards of 2000$ a month on our Starbucks bills. The manager was some odd hippie who was educating us and the customer ahead of us when we got drip coffee with coke Brew foam and not sweet. Added different topping to our chestnut lattes and didn’t line the cups, just as were sitting around people were like it’s a regular thing here and they are kids who goof around, we are just lucky to have a Starbucks here and everyone knows everyone so it’s like that. We know it tastes odd. No food tags in the case, half empty, when asked she was laughing and texting her friend to ask what to say. Like what’s going on.If you make a mistake just fix it, usually Starbucks asks you to keep it if it’s even visually not the same thing. We literally took 5 drinks back and were told they her manager told them to not tell anyone, the cold brew machine was busted.

Well aside from Starbucks typically having a higher price point, they did make my order very very fast. It’s a pretty massive shop and the whole west side is dedicated to orders while the east is all seating area - and there’s tons of it! Plenty of room to pickup at the mobile area as well as line up to order.The drive thru seemed a touch busy and was leaking into the road blocking the “entrance”. Speaking of which the west side entrance on King is an exit only! I went in that way but it was too late before I saw the tiny signs and didn’t want to stop in oncoming traffic. This is kinda oddly set up as the drive thru wraps around 3/4th of the store blocking in parked guests.Anyway, my order was correct and tastes delicious. The inside was not busy and my order was made quick. Will definitely use this over the old location for sure!

Lauren the drive thru person is amazing!! It’s so great to know quality customer service is still a thing in this world!! She had a smile in her voice and was suggestive and patient. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!! Go girl!!

Posted closing time 9:30 pm went through the drive thru at 830 and there was no answer all the employees were standing in the store drinking drinks and hanging out didn’t even notice us pull up to the drive thru window

Not a bad place, but depends on who's working when you go in. On one hand, some friendly staff. On the other, some staff who don't appear to enjoy their job.Parking is brutal: 3 spots are cut off by the drive through while, when 'Pick Up' spots are accounted for, there are two whole spots to park in at the front, leading to people parking in all sorts of places they shouldn't be (on the grass, for instance) and adding to the carnage.

Took my grandfather (with mobility issues) out for a coffee. No available parking up front, so parked towards the back in an open, NON-employee spot and walked to the front. Made sure there was no reservation signage. Was given grief that the ENTIRE back lot was for employees only… Multiple employees and no lineup in the dine-in area but still got our orders wrong… Patio was not open yet (though weather was beautiful) but that was fine… I usually let these things go but this location’s staff was the only Starbucks that has ever made us feel like a burden as customers. Very poor service.

One of the best Starbucks locations in the east. Spacious with a lot of tables .Very convenient for students and people who need a good place to work from .
