Its a decent Laundromat with helpful staff. The young lady was very professional.Prices are very fair, $3.25 for washer, $1 every 16 minutes for dryer, I brought my own soap and bounce sheets. Instagram: jasonvanjason587

Exceptional Service, from our experience of drop off laundry and same day pick up. Hubby tends to not check pockets my wallet gets lots of 20s as they return to me when we pick up. Also any stains and I mean any, have been removed by them noproble

The owners a male and his wife, today she followed us around and demanded what machines we NEEDED to use, the most expensive machines in the building $9 per wash not dry. And she was quite rude as I left I said thank you to the lady after she made both me and my mother uncomfortable and the wonders wife looked over when I said it and just looked back into her book and acted like I wasn't even there...there people skills suck for owning a laundry mat... Won't be back again.

Awesome couple who look after their customers. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Hubby takes his rig clothes there and they are returned clean and ready to wear. Thanks for providing such great service.

Very rude man that is working today. He needs to take some public service courses on how to deal with people with disabilities. Showing some compassion goes as long way. Nope - you are ALL BUSINESS. I will never be back. And I will steer as many people AWAY from here as possible too!

Crooks! The downtown location Crystal clean are totally incompetent.. if you work in the oil and gas industry DO NOT bring your coveralls there.. they can NOT clean the oil off, the chemical they use are completely useless.. they will give you back your coveralls and gloves still dirty and will still over charge you for a piss poor job.. they have terrible customer service. I have nothing good to say about the service I receive.
