I worked with an Audio Visual distributor for a number of years, and we constantly had trouble with the couriers we used. Most of them showed up late, came not equipped for the job at hand, or were generally just unprofessional to deal with.We made the decision in 2019 to switch to GoFor, and boy were we ever happy we did. GoFor is extremely professional, punctual, and if any issue arises we know that they have our back. The staff routinely visited our warehouse to make sure we were being taken care of, which says a lot about the culture of the company. Although I am no longer with the aforementioned company, you will not regret choosing GoFor as your courier of choice.Highly recommend!!Like Share

I have been a driver with gofor from a year now.Great opportunities to expand, scale and make more money which matters.Never had payment issues, as some drivers mentioned it. Frequency of delivery really depends on demand in that marketplace where we are. Most days crazy busy business and few days drivers get their own time to sit down and relax.Dispatch Team, Area Managers and other staff on back end are really helpful time and time.They run programs year round where we get gifts cards based on performance.Overall best place be a driver at.

I worked for gofor for nearly 6 months, and in that time they were launching and tweaking a new system and app for their service. In light of the app having numerous glitches, they took my opinions for further development of the app, into strong consideration and valued my input. I hope the final product reflects my ideas.Communication was always good too.

We have been using GoFor for same day deliveries for a few years. They are a Fantastic group! Efficient, punctual and great prices! We have also used them in the west coast and had the same great service.

Reached out to address a specific delivery situation and talked to Ed, who subsequently made calls to get a hold of the driver and ensure I could get my package today. He actually listened to what I said, rare for a delivery company, and tried to help as much as possible. Got home to find my package where I requested it be left. Very pleased with the customer experience and service

Worst delivery attempt ever! spoke to the company prior to delivery and explained that we have a flight of stairs to get into the building, so they told me that todays' driver will not do it, but the tomorrow one will. Next day the driver comes and put it literally on the SIDEWALK. They would have left it just on the sidewalk if we were not there. I told the driver to take it back and called their dispatch and she explained me that it is what they do. if you are not there

Do Not Work Here! Absolutely awful. I still am owed money from over a month ago. I have contacted the western Canada rep, the toll free number and been told I would have my money deposited. Still to no avail!! They advertise all over looking for drivers. My first day I arrived at 7am in Richmond. Loaded 35 pkgs for the area I agreed to work. My delivery’s took 13 hrs for pay of $3 pkg and driving my own car and using my own gas as a contractor. The route given was not what I agreed to during the interview. I contacted Kim who listened to my concerns and said she understood... agreed to get back to me and look into it. I’ve emailed her consistently asking about my pay owed and route. No replies. Absolutely disgusting! You can never get through to their 1-800 number either. I’ve asked many times for a corporate head office contact. Nothing ! This is how they treat their employees. Please everyone stay away! I’ve been more than patient over this matter. I still have no replies.
