The worst mcdonalds ever , i am a regular customer i buy food at least twice a week imagine my suprise every time my order is wrong , the guys there are the worst personel ever ,i wonder how they choose them!!! i order i pay i go home and every time my order is wrong !!! Food was awful. Mccrispy was like a hockey puck it was so hard and we ordered two spicy sandwiches but received regular ones. Worst McDonald's experience ever

Food was hot and good. We didn't have to wait very long for our food. The inside was clean and not very busy. I like this location over the Kingsway location any day, except I asked for NO CHEESE twice and still got cheese.

Yep the overall 3.1 star rating is about accurate maybe should be less currently sitting here waiting and the number two spot for two freaking cheeseburgers. And I asked why I was waiting in a spot for two cheeseburgers and the only answer I got was were busy so... Well maybe you should get the guy that's pressure washing the fence out back to come inside and help boneheads!

Place is absolutely ridiculous. I come here time and time again to give them multiple chances understanding things happen, yet they never fail to mess my order up every single time. They’re stingy on EVERY ingredient even when you ask for extra (I ask for extra mac sauce and next thing you know I get zero). I work in customer service so I extend a lot of patience and empathy towards workers but when I come in with zero people in line or in drive thru and I’m polite beyond any means, there is no excuse to mess up an order entirely the way they do. I get it they’re being paid minimum wage and couldn’t care less, but at least put some kind of effort so us customers are not constantly contacting the store regarding the mess ups.

This location has been really solid for me. I exclusively online order and park in a mobile spot when I'm getting McDonald's. This place tends to have my order out to me in a few minutes. Some other locations (talking about you, Espanola) have been 15 to 30 (thirty!) minutes annnnnd messed up the order.I don't eat at McDonald's often but when the kids are asking and it's convenient I'll choose this location over others in the city.

Disgusting service. The East Indian on night shift at 12:00am on march 22 gave me such a hard time. I ordered 2 ten piece meals. He punched it in on the screen. Billed be for 1, refused to make me my additional meal unless I drove back around though the line up I already waited 30 minutes in. Horrible service will never come here again. Management. Please correct this behaviour

You know what, they don't even deserve too many words. All I can say is embarrassing. Running a place like this is, or should be, embarrassing. Think about seriously telling someone who lives here that you own this McDonalds. Will never, ever go back. Last night was the definite last.
