Wall & Co efficiently and expertly handled all my legal needs when buying my condo in Chilliwack. They were extremely pleasant to work with.

Waal and Co. is a great company to deal with. I've been dealing with them for over 20 years and have never had a problem. The owners and staff are friendly, professional and courteous.

Waal agreed over email to facilitate a sale out of province and claimed that they would accept a payment by cheque (and expressly said they DO NOT accept any other payment method including e-transfer and Credit Card) and also have the documents couriered same day as time was of the essence.The day the documents were signed, they demanded payment in cash and when contacted that the agreed terms had been to send a cheque, the response was basically “oops”.90% of business don’t even accept cash since Covid and this business won’t accept anything other than cash, despite arrangements to the contrary. This business is not only unprofessional, they operate underhandedly forcing customers to pay cash despite making prior arrangements to the contrary - using time sensitive legal matters to force customers to pay in cash.

First the lady was late. Then they immediately separated my wife and I, forced her to go to Simpons to pay $300 to ignore their advice. Don't like it? Go somewhere else." they said with 2 days before my house purchase goes through. The deposit amount they asked for was wrong so I had to get the extra amount the next day. And they had my account information wrong

I just bought a house and Waal & Co did all the transfers and adjustments for me. Great to work with, did everything for the right price and on time. Would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend Waal & Co for any professional notaries services you need. Offered great help in person during the COVID-19 pandemic with door service, hand sanitizer and a friendly smile!! I'd be coming back for anything I needed in the future.

Excellent service and friendly staff - they were especially generous and did not charge us for notarizing adoption documents which was amazing and unexpected. Very kind of them to do that, highly recommended and will use them again for any notary services. Thank you!
