Huge rant!!! Went in to get my insurance transferred from pleasure to business Because I work for Interior health, the lady Said that she couldn't wait on the phone to get authorization, I could see if it was busy and there was people waiting but there was no one else in there. Definitely will not be recommending nor will I go back there. Maybe it's because I'm indigenous???

My Fiance and I went here to renew his insurance and get a BC Parks plate. And the ladies there let us know that it would save us money if we got the plates the day after the insurance expires so we wouldn't have to pay the plate fee and the renewal fee. I can't remember their names but they were incredibly helpful.

Wonderful place. Kristin helped me a lot for my car insurance. My previous insurance company wrote my last name wrong. Kristin even helped me to fix that. If you are looking for any type of insurance, I recommend the place.

I have been coming to Westland insurance before moving to this new location; Kristen has always been fantastic to work with, always able to answer questions and get us what we were looking for. With over ten plates to insure, it's always great knowing they are there to help. One of my favorite features is the text message reminders they have listing the plate number, which is a great feature. It helps tremendously.Highly recommend, a great company!

In January of this year we purchased covid insurance from Westland Ins. for 2 seniors at a cost of $449.70 to cover a trip to Puerto Vallarta.The insurer was (Allianz). Unfortunately, we tested positive before returning to Canada and were quarantined for 10 days. Having the insurance, we filed our claim with Allianz in late February and here it is almost the end of March and the Insurer has yet to process our claim and/or have indicated that there is a problem !! Was the purchase of this coverage from a responsible organization or some sort of scam ??
