Do not use this company. They committed to cover a load and failed to honor that commitment without any notification. Let down a lot of people not just us but the shippers and receivers. What a mess they have caused. Very unreliable. Would definitely not recommend this carrier.

Was hired to come and drive for them. Took a train from Winnipeg to Abbotsford Pete out of my own pocket was supposed to start work when I got here on Sunday it is now Thursday I spent every penny I have waiting for a truck and now nobody answers the phone I've been made homeless by this company I can't even get home

Supposed to deliver friday. Didn't come tried over weekend twice while site was closed. Then never showed up after the weekend. Just a waste of time. I will never use them. And have advised my contractor he should find someone more reliable

Worst transport company do not use this company unless you want to wait another 10 to 20 days for your staff’s to arrive when you call them they just make excuses and promises to bring it but they don’t

Heartland transport has proven to be a very dependable trucking company. This is highlighted by their excellent communication and sense of urgency on every shipment. Their dispatchers and customer service reps have proven to be very trustworthy and customer oriented. Bottom line I would recommend them to anybody looking for great rates and no excuses get it done service.

Worst trucking company I have ever used. I booked a hotshot delivery 10 hours away and the load made it to site 40 hours later (30 hours late). The representative that I spoke with while trying to locate this truck while in transit could not provide answers and blatantly lied to me. This company cost my client thousands of dollars and our relationship. DO NOT BOOK WITH HEARTLAND!

Customer service and management assured me the load will be covered and fulfilled within the given time period and they did not disappoint. I was very impressed with their reliability and will use again in the future.
