Alright so, Mattaius made my posting to Victoria SUPER easy.Bit of a last minute day of physically going through some properties, then frequent updates via email and some video tours. Gave me honest opinions about every place he went to, and when all came down to it, helped me nab a great spot in Saanich.Moreso, he helped identify and warn me about some dodgy stuff going on with the mortgage side of things when the advisor I had been working with dropped the ball in all the worst ways. Put me in touch with a friend of his at a bank and got me set up with a Plan B that same day, which took off a HUGE load of stress.Frequent and quick communications whenever I had questions, and gave honest opinions about locations and buildings. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!
