It says they are open until 10PM. That cannot be, as they shut off the pumps at 9:54 on Saturday.

An Esso station with a carry wash. This is a full service station. However the pump for not allow for trap to pay. As such you'll still need to get out of the car to enter the pin. I end up getting out and pumping my own gas. It also makes it awkward as I'm doing their work and they have nothingnl to do.

Young people who work here truly need better training and or management. Everytime I come here they have no problem watching me or husband pump our own gas FULL SERVICE in what world they take your money for gas and let u do the work. I have to say older man that works there is great the younger people need a lesson on what full service is I come here for full service PUMP MY DAM GAS then people its us the customer that pay your wage for God sakes.

Terrible customer service. I been going there throughout the years. for the convenience. SAME workers will ID you with a smirk on their face. I do not look like I am 18 YEARS OLD. Not only do I get the trouble of being ID for a lighter... I have to WAIT for someone to help me at the counter and wait for my gas to be gassed up.... Coquitlam is supposed to be full service.... yet talking to your friends and rudely ID regular customers is all they will do.

4/5 stars... The staff are great. Fast to help, fast to answer questions.BUT... I purchased a car wash, not the basic or full but the middle Full Wash" package. It did one pass with light soap

Thank you so much to the attendees at this gas station. My daughter hurt her finger and she was so upset. They went and grabbed ice from one of the bags, which they had to write off, and brought me bandaids. Then, they also put ice in a zip lock bag and gave it to me. They didn't have to do any of that. Thank you!!

So do not use a capital one credit card or costco in general as it may lock your card. The staff know that this is a problem, I believe at pump 4 and 2 but nothing is done. Staff were disengaged that night, I didnt even get a sorry.
