I have been using Swift Plumbing since 2009, when the owner of a painting company working for me recommended them.I can't say enough good things about Brad, Carolyn and their team.From the smallest job to the largest (having all my perimeter drains replaced), Swift Plumbing has never let me down.Professionals at their finest!

So far I have been rescheduled twice even before I have had my service call. One is an emergency and then the other is to fit in another job more convenient for the driver on the way back into town. While I can understand that emergencies arise and that it makes sense to organize jobs to help with drive times, I feel that there must be other repair people that work for this company so that my service call does not get pushed to later in the day. Sometimes I think companies forget that we also have to plan our days around these appointments. I can update this review after I actually have the service call.

Very fast! My wife called in a panic to inform me that our water tank had burst and was flooding out our basement. I called Swift and by the time I got home, they had already sent over a plumber. They worked quickly and sorted out our somewhat convoluted system (tanks set up to run in series for upstairs and suite). Obviously, in an emergency situation like ours, you are thankful to have it fixed. But I think that aside from that, Swift did a great job! Very polite, knowledgeable, and swift". Their price fit the service provided. Nice work

Really Bad experience!! Replaced a thermocouple a year and half ago and it broke after few months. Gave another chance and called 2 days ago for the hot water tank not working and the journeyman plumber told he will fix it but get the tank replaced soon. Spent less than 2 minutes and charged over $110 for cleaning" a part and told it is working. Checked after 2 hours after he left and still no hot water so obviously he did not fix the problem. Called again and the receptionist was really rude. Doesn't listen and tries to explain how we have to pay for another journeyman visit for the same problem he did not fix. Asked to speak to the owner/Left voicemail/called again next day and the owner doesn't want to talk or not being informed about it. Feel like i have been conned/robbed."

My co-op has used Swift for the majority of our plumbing for years, including emergency repairs, hot water tank replacement, perimeter drains, leaks under the concrete slab, major renovations etc. etc. I coordinated the replacement of tubs, toilets and sinks in all the units, and I am very satisfied and grateful for their high quality work and outstanding communication. I would definitely recommend Swift to any housing cooperative.

Fast friendly and honest service!Another company that I contacted tried to sell me a new water tank for $3,000 without even stopping by to inspect my current tank. The technician from Swift Plumbing came to my house, inspected the water tank and fixed the problem for under $100. I will definitely be contacting Swift Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Swift plumbing was called after out heater started to leak while I was away. They found out the heater was under warranty by checking the serial number with the manufacturer and installed a replacement right away. Prompt service and quality workmanship with fair pricing.
