We have been patients of Dr Katherine Berthiaume since she first opened up her practice many years ago. Dr Berthiaume and her staff have treated us with kindness and respect from the onset. When my son was a toddler, he was greeted by her assistant and walked in by himself. He has always had such a great experience that it has carried over to any and all medical appointments he has faced. I have been a patient of Dr. Berthiaume for as long as I can remember. She also sees my children, who are 10, 17, and 18.When our family started seeing Dr. Berthiaume, it was apparent that she displays a genuine care and concern for all of her patients. From checking in after procedures, to providing after hours care or consultation, she goes above and beyond what you might expect from a dentist. She is knowledgeable and talks through each part of the appointment, clearly explaining and ensuring everyone is comfortable with the procedures.
