The smoothest transaction I have ever had buying a vehicle. I had gone in one evening and the next day I had my salesman (Darsh) reach out via text asking what it would take for us to buy a vehicle from him/them.I have done my fair share of dances in many dealerships over the years, and when my wife and I went in, we knew exactly what we wanted. Not just the exact trim level of vehicle, but the extras and accessories we wanted as well.I had visited a couple of dealerships and had planned to visit more, so I literally replied to him on text everything I wanted and more basing it on a few ads I saw online and Darsh kept working out a deal back and forth with his general sales manager (Radu) until we settled on a price. They ultimately came to my price I had seen at another dealership and they matched and threw in a couple of more things.Needless to say we went in the next day to do the deal and it went just as smooth with financing (Jason). He wasn't pushy with anything and he was very knowledgeable as well as honest as to which items we shouldn't even consider because it just didn't apply to us even if we said yes by off chance.I would recommend anyone to go see Darsh and see him in person. Didn't waste anyone's time. Thank you for the great experience.

I visited the Service Department for a recall and to quote for a broken antenna part and instead of a part replacement the tech guys" as it was put to me said it needed a complete rewiring and up to $1000 +taxes out of pocket

Picked up my 2023 Palisade today. Very pleasant shopping experience with this dealership. Got all the packages I want with a competitive price. Andrew is a very knowledgeable and honest sales person. He is very patient and answered all my questions about this Palisade. I’m very comfortable with his help to go thru the whole purchasing process. Excellent dealership! Professional staff!

I purchased Hyundai Elantra 2020 model from your dealership & for the service of my car after every 5k I came to your place. Earlier the service done was okay but as far washing was concerned stains were left on the all the sides of car & glasses even & I had to request the service guys to clean that again or had to clean it from outside.In the coming months I was planning to buy a new Pallisade Suv but looking after your customer service I am planning to drop the idea from your dealership as during the latest service which was done in mid December the service guys didn’t washed my car & the snow was lying on all the sides. It was all horrible service. I am strictly against any harsh action against the employees just wanted to bring this into the notice of dealership.
