Worst Starbucks, no staff, the new normal. 15-20 minutes in line for a coffee that’s gone up in price 50% in 2 years. How feasible is that yet I wait like a fool in line.Today, 2 months after initial review, 40 minutes to get our drinks. Feel sorry for the staff. I’m putting a low review so management hires some people.

Didn’t have any iced coffee, which is something that happens but it was just past midday so a bit odd. Super slow, like I’ve not seen before at a Starbucks. Multiple order mess ups for other people. My first coffee was given right away and got a bit cold by the time the second came. There were also people who said they’d been there 25-30 minutes (?). The staff seemed confused and like young teenagers. I tried to get a refund for it and they said they’d rush it but I still asked for one. The refund process did take longer than the coffee once they rushed it so I was able to leave with the coffee.Edit:By the time my second coffee care the first one (which I had not touched, it was for a friend and had the green stopper in it) has started leaking. The coffee was filled ABOVE the rim of the lid like the guy had filled up the whole cup and then magically added me. Building the pyramids from the top down. Impossible structure. Don’t know.

I’m very hesitant about writing negative reviews but man I gotta to at least help people avoid this place. Been here 3 times in the last month and every time minimum 10-15 minutes to get a basic drink… and that’s after ordering. Just went now and waited 20+ minutes so just left because I had to be somewhere. Also it seems like staff always gets orders wrong so clearly there is incompetence coming from management and training. Time to wake up folks. Avoid this place unless you literally have nothing to do with your life and want to stand around waiting for a drink from staff.

The manager at this location is probably the most courteous and friendly of all. Incredible service.The cold brew was not very good however, hence the 3 stars instead of 5 .... was not sweet enough and not enough milk.

We had nitro brew here. Amongst all their stores in Montreal, this was the only branch that had nitro cold brew available. We placed a mobile order and the service was pretty quick. The nitro cold brew was good and I would most definitely come back for the same.

Never waited this long to get a drink at Starbucks. There was only one person taking orders and one person making the drinks. The workers work very slowly. I waited for 15 minutes to get 2 drinks.

Omg the waiting time during lunch is abnormal (15-20 minutes for a cappucino). Employees are talking together and taking their time, very frustrating, just look at the people waiting on the picture. I tried to come at least 4-5 times, everytime same story. Even had to get reimburse because the waiting time was too long.If you wish to wait for nothing and lose your time please visit this location.Edit 2022-10-06Same thing, unreasonable waiting time during lunch hours. Added picture of the waiting line (7-8 people waiting to place their order)
