This review is regarding the staff that work in the Make-Up/Beauty department of the store. I have never met such a pleasant, knowledgeable and polite group of retail employees ever! They all have commented on how much they LOVE their jobs, and it shows! The department manager/supervisor is definitely doing a great job.... Keep up the awesome work everyone - I for one really need it and appreciate it!!!!

I love this pharmacy, I've had great care here from Steven Crone which I have really apricated. But I was just put on hold and the music was about some guy trying to get off, so that was strange lol.

I have been avoiding Shoppers in general after a few bad experiences with cashiers insisting I use the self checkouts but thought I’d give it another chance today. I wasn’t pressured into using the self checkout this time but the cashier Brianna was snappy and unfriendly. As a business owner in Owen Sound, I find customer service like that to be unacceptable. This is also a business that will be affected by the bridge closure and should consider it’s choice of employees more carefully. I won’t return!

I haven’t shopped at this location in months, take the extra 15 minutes people and drive to the east side!! The pharmacy great, friendly staff. The only reason why I kept going back. The post office here is a mess. The usual lady can never find your package. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. When i did shop here it was usually at night and I seem to always get the same cashier Brianna who is rude and unfriendly. Other than the pharmacy, terribly poor customer service.

I would not shop at this store again and I will be returning this purchase and a previous purchase I made here this week. I went up to pay, the cashier at the front told me that I can use the self serve machines, I declined as I prefer a human cashier (normally). As she was finishing up checking out the lady in front of me, a guy came up behind with 2 items, I told him to go ahead as I had quite a few things. When the cashier had wrung up around half my items she suddenly said You have a lot of cosmetics

Jenifer at the beauty boutique was really helpful in finding/recommending skincare products for me. She also invited me to come back after I tried the products to let her know how they worked. Great service!

I wish to both acknowledge and thank pharmacy staff, Suni and Janet, who Friday last kindly and efficiently provided a third, booster Covid-19 vaccine shot to my elderly friend who was unable to enter the pharmacy proper. Suni and Janet, you are the best!! Thank you, again.

I spent 6 years working here and the majority of the staff here are family to me; this is a great store and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it! I am thrilled Dr. Steve Crone got this pharmacy because he is an incredible pharmacist and wonderful person in general. I worked around 2000 days at this store and I would not have come back for day #2 if it wasn't an organization I believed in!

Are they getting high on there own supply? Absolute worst pharmacy!! I’ve never once had a good experience with them, they often misplace prescriptions, give the wrong amounts etc etc. and they have been consistently rude as well.I’ll be switching to another pharmacy.
