Like the previous reviewer I really don't like leaving negative reviews but i just had a horrible experience with the service department. I came in for routine maintenance for an oil/tire change and told them that there is noise coming from the front and rear suspension. They took my car in and quoted me $757 to repair/replace bushings in the front, suggested I get new tires since my previous ones may have a blowout, plus get wheel alignment in addition to the regular maintenance and diagnostic hours. After some negotiating I accepted everything and was handed a bill for $2314 - I paid and drove home. The next day I hear the same rattling noise coming from the front so I called and made a follow up appointment. When I arrived I saw a new work order being printed and I asked if I will be charged for the follow up, and was told yes of course

The experience we had with David Ghazarian was exceptional. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanour made the process effortless and enjoyable. He went out of his way to come to our home in TMR to evaluate our vehicles. Plus he worked with us on both sides of the pricing to make it fit the budget. He truly went above and beyond to ensure the car was perfect on delivery day. I highly recommend his expertise and outstanding customer service.

Recently i purchased crosstrek2021. It is like new car. David and the manager, Elias, delivered a 5-star service. Definitely recommended dealer if you are looking decent fair deal.

Had an amazing experience with Kyle after I unfortunately had my car stolen and needed a new one. Was calm and never once I pressured me into buying a car.Would recommend him 100% of the time.

Be aware of this dishonest dealership and the Subaru brand in general. I recently bought a car from them and I wanted to take advantage of their rebate program for recent graduates. The sales person mentioned that it would be included in the price, not a problem. I went to take possession of the deal and the rebate wasn't applied.Nobody seemed to want to take responsibility. The staff kept giving excuses saying it was Subaru's fault, not the car dealership's fault, etc etc. After a while they said that I had to produce a specific letter from the university stating my status as a student. I did and I provided it to them. Now they are asking for even more documentation after no response for over two weeks.Be aware, they will say things to close the deal but don't take possession of the vehicle or sign any papers until all the agreed parts of the deal are reflected in the documentation. Rookie mistake on my end.Too bad because the cars are great...

Just wanted to give a 5 stars to Jean-Philippe Giard at the Subaru Des Sources! Jean-Philippe is an amazing person, very helpful, very friendly, goes out of his way to help his costumers. Excellent, excellent! This is our 3rd vehicle with him and will always go back. Thanks Jean-Philippe and keep up a great work.

I recently visited Subaru Des Sources with the intention of finding and potentially purchasing my next car. Unfortunately, my experience at this dealership left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it became evident that their salesperson, David, had a rather pushy approach. While the initial greeting was pleasant, it quickly turned into a sales pitch filled with various tactics that made me feel uneasy.David wasted no time in showcasing the cars they had available, which was a promising start. However, his sales tactics seemed forced and at times overly aggressive. I couldn't help but notice that he pointed out at the car I was interested, claiming that if I wanted it, I should act quickly as someone else was considering it. This tactic felt manipulative and gave me the impression that urgency was being used as a pressure tactic to make a sale.Feeling uncertain about the car's price, I kindly asked David for some time to think and consult with a friend for a second opinion. However, upon my return, the atmosphere had dramatically changed. David's demeanor had shifted from friendly to outright rude. To my surprise, he informed me that he wouldn't sell the car for the initially agreed-upon price, instead adding an extra $2,000 to the original amount. It became painfully clear that the friendly facade I experienced earlier was nothing more than a ploy to lure me into their sales tactics.Discovering this sudden change in attitude was disheartening, and it made me question Subaru Des Sources as a reputable dealership. I had walked in with a genuine interest in Subarus, but the experience I encountered left was nothing short of horrendous encounter. Subsequently, I took the time to read online reviews about the dealership, and they support my concerns. It appears that my experience was not an isolated incident, as numerous negative reviews echoed similar sentiments about Subaru Des Sources.One cannot help but wonder how Subaru allows such practices to persist within its authorized dealerships. The pushy tactics employed by the sales team, combined with the rude behaviour exhibited by David, cast a shadow on the overall reputation of Subaru Des Sources. As a potential customer, I had hoped for a professional and respectful encounter, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality I experienced.

Double filled my oil on an oil change and tried to sweep it under the rug after 3 months. Also payed for an alignment the didn't get done until I brought it up repeatedly.Poor diagnostics and repairs. Chevy Spark as a courtesy car in a snowstorm.Stay away if you want to keep your Subaru long term.Also Subaru canada customer service does not even answer emails. Not even after 3 months.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, easy to speak with, and wonderfully polite. They exemplify the Subaru company mentality of taking care of their customers! The entire experience of ordering and receiving my new 2023 Crosstrek PHEV was actually enjoyable, fun, and rewarding and not even remotely stressful! I recommend Subaru Des Sources to anyone looking to buy a new car or service their existing one!Their service center also offered me a wonderful experience. I brought my Crosstrek PHEV in for the 10,000km maintenance and check-up. They were extremely courteous, efficient, and quick with the service. I really enjoy my experience each time I visit.

He answered all of my questions and made sure to help me find a car that was the right fit for me.
