Harry was extremely helpful and efficient in diagnosing a problem I had with my AC, and identified the source of it, which another AC repair guy could not. I'm glad I went with High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. for a second opinion, as Harry was able to help figure out incorrect wiring for my whole AC/Heat/Thermostat setup, which would have caused major issues if not fixed. I highly recommend this company's services.

Technicians was super friendly. Get the job done without any issue. Charlton from the sales team was very informative and helpful. Was able to get me setup on a Sunday evening while with other companies, I wasn't even able to get anyone to do a quote until at least Monday morning. Highly recommended.

The team has done an excellent job on installing the new AC and humidifier for my parent’s house. The technician was on time, polite and very professional. My HVAC is not working properly so I called and trying to trouble shooting, with the help from Gilbert I realized that the actuator was broken. So I booked an appointment for actuator replacement. Just a day after I spoke to them, Harry came to my home for the job. He demonstrated excellent communication, expertise, and attention to detail. He arrived on time, efficiently replaced the faulty actuator, and ensured the system worked perfectly. Harry's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. I will definitely rely on him for future HVAC needs.

Harry was really fantastic. He was really thorough, cared about my questions, helped look at a problematic vent and worked really hard to fix the issue. He also sat down and explained to me in detail about my HVAC issue - he was patient, knowledgable, capable, and adjusted my HVAC settings beyond his required service task. I've had previous HVAC people just do the minimum and not really care beyond that.Harry was top-notch and I will be a returning customer. We could not recommend this great company more. Ali came to help us with furnace that was turned off by a tech from another service provider who came that same morning, claiming that the furnace is dangerously out of order and we should buy new one. He came from a company from which we bought the Carrier furnace 10 years earlier and which was serviced every year with no issues. We thought it an inaccurate suggestion and sought second opinion. Carrier assured us that our factory warranty is a lifelong one, will expire in 2051(!) and gave us names of several associated companies in our area. We called High Efficiency Cooling & Heating and are we happy that we did that! Ali came promptly (the same afternoon), examined the furnace and found disconnected wire, tube and a faulty fuse! After repairing and replacing what had to be done, he then checked everything, found it running well and we had heat! We cannot praise Ali, the company and its staff more. We started shopping for a new furnace in Nov 2022. We got quotes from 4 different HVAC dealers , however, we chose High efficiency Cooling and Heating because they were able to answer our innumerable questions. Charlton was our point of contact and he explained in very detail all the technical issues in layman terms for a non technical person. He presented to us a proposal to replace the furnace and also install a new heat pump to replace our aging air conditioner and also explained how we could avail of the Canada Greener Homes grant.He was very professional in his dealings, patient, responded very promptly both before and after our installation with any queries we had. He coordinated with his installation team and the whole process was extremely painless. It took less than 10 hours for the installation. I am so glad we chose High Efficiency Cooling and Heating for our HVAC needs. Having a very knowledgeable technical person like Charlton alleviated all our concerns and worries as he was able to answer and clarify any issues that arose. We highly recommend High Efficiency and particularly Charton for any HVAC needs and upgrades.

High Efficiency Cooling and Heating was the 4th HVAC company we met with. We were very impressed with Charton’s knowledge and expertise in regards to the Carrier Heat Pump System that we were looking to purchase. He clearly explained how the Greener Homes program worked. We booked with Charton within a day and he arranged to have the Energy Advisor come the next day. Kevin was our Energy Advisor for our pre-audit and he was very thorough and honest. Our installation happened 3 days later. Han and Jason were our installers. They showed up on time and were here all day working on installing the Heat Pump, Furnace, Humidifier, and Thermostat. They cleaned up after themselves and Han was very patient setting up the ecobee thermostat and explaining how it works. Kevin returns in 2 days to do the post audit report and will put the paperwork through for our rebate.The warm air has finally arrived and we are ready for it now. Thank you team!
