The customer service was awful, i feel like i was being robbed there, we had to pay entrance and for leaving our coats, which I think is ok, but we didnt even had 5 minutes sitting and we were told by a very rude waitress that we had to buy bottles (plural) in order to sit at a table, each bottle was over 150 CAD, so in short not even 5 minutes in, not even danced once and we were asked to pay over 300 CAD???? So rude, other places they charge for the entrance if you buy drinks or bottles is up to you.Totally robbery. Also the place is not the most luxurios, or good looking for the price we had to pay. Also everything is paying with cash???? Hmmm makes me wonder how legal is it.

Horrible service, the attitude of the people that work there is awful, they are very dry and rude. You have to pay for the cover and the coat storage service IN CASH: no receipts or anything. If you are wearing a small jacket /sweater, they won't let you in unless you pay to store it... We reserved a table for 6 people, on the phone everything sounded well but when we arrived they gave us 3 super small tables, and for each one, you would have to buy one bottle of alcohol (super overpriced bottles) or if some people come and need a table they will take it away from you. Obviously, they did not mention anything of this over the phone. We left out and asked if they could refund our cover since we did not wanted to stay, as you can imagine by the type of service, they refused to give our money back so we just left and swear never to return again.

It's a nice club to have fun with a few friends and other. The dance floor is a bit small and can get cramped pretty fast haha.

Nice club lively and dancing crowd. Very crowded and barely got a table and seat. Great pick up for the guys to google over the girls. Liquor sold by the bottle mostly from what I seen. Mixed age crowd , mirrors everywhere !! Long staircase to get into club. Watch Out on ur way out so u don't trip down the 20 or so steps to get outside. Security at the door is tight on allowing people in , as u may have to wait till other guests come out. But they are polite about it .

The place is great for dancing and having a good time with friends, the music is nice but is not only salsa for those who came from the name. One thing that I have to remark is the quality of the customer service, there’s a lot of work to do in that field, there was not even a single smile or a good treat at all. If you can survive that, then you will definitely need to come dance here.

Like many of the negative experiences posted, this place is difficult to get into with extremely dismissive and rude staff. Guests were not permitted to dance under any circumstance, even after my table had been allowed a small area to dance because we had a reservation. Drinks are extremely expensive and a $12.50 cover fee was required to get in. While the place has a fun ambiance, not being able to dance and having to work around the unfriendly staff made the experience quite unpleasant. Our table was also pressured by our waitress, who said that we would be removed if we did not order and pay for a bottle within the first five minutes of arriving at the location. We were also told we had to purchase more drinks to be able to stay.If dancing was allowed and the staff were friendlier, this place would definitely merit a higher rating. However, based on my experience, this place is worth skipping for the time being.

Nice music nice vybe. I did notice however that the barmaid gave herself a 15% without giving me the choice to do it on my own....
