They have amazing and awesome customer service!! They even read the whole menu to my visually impaired girlfriend and I who can't see very well. Most restaurants and coffee shops will say Can't you read it yourself" Or they're lazy and only read part of the menu to us. But not this Starbucks they were wonderful to us. They were kind

Drive thru was swamped on a Saturday morning, staff was doing the best they could, bit it was an unusual wait for a Starbucks. Food and coffee were hot, fresh and tasty. Quality didn't suffer, and everyone was friendly and apologetic. Really nice crew, they just needed some help.

They make a simple coffee stop a whole nice experience. Cora, Bug, Brittney (It may be Brittany) are always super nice, professional, helpful, they remember the specialty we like, and our names... hands down our favorite coffee place, is always clean, they are always in a good mood even during busy days. We love them all!!!

When you sit in the Drive thru for a long period of time you'd hope the orders right and it's not when you sit . We ordered a venti w/m with 4 shots and got a trenta iced mocha .

To everyone who works here, thank you! The smile you put on my face on a daily basis is insane. My favorite coffee makers I see every day are Ethan and Cora. You guys rock. If it wasn't for you guys, this Starbucks would be a sad sad place.

Love the drinks, and usually the staff is very friendly and polite. However on one occasion, I was having a pretty rough day so I naturally thought to get a drink to perk up.At the drive through I asked if you could get a specific drink without something in it, and they lady got a little confused. That was fine, I understood that it was a sort of confusing question. But then a different lady took over, and yelled at me?? I was stunned. It made me cry a little bit. So I said never mind, I’ll just get something else.It was a terrible experience for me, and I haven’t been back since. This is coming from a fellow food service worker, who would never EVER raise their voice to a customer for asking a question. Starbucks, I think you need to re-evaluate your staff.
