Called these guys to ask a few questions about production and such... as soon as it was realized I wasn't purchasing they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough to the point of hanging up mid sentance. I always worry about companies and people that are like that, purely there for the sales aspect.The whole reason I reached was because it said home builder under their google posting..... we dont build them" as he hangs up on me. Then are you really a home builder?? Other modular locations that dont build... dont state that

Horrible email reply when I simply asked for prices of all their homes so we could make a plan in the next few years to purchase a home...condescending reply from the salesmen. Lost a sale all because he couldn't respond to an email in a professional manner. Pathetic. Can't wait for the business to respond to this review in a rude way too.

The best customer service out of all their competition. The staff at Roca are respectful and have so much knowledge. With a few simple questions to verify what my family’s needs are they were able to provide me with everything I asked for. If your looking around and researching your options you must reach out to Spencer at Roca before you commit to anything. This group really cares and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the needs of their customers. Nice to see in today’s world respect.
