Popped in to pick up a deck for my first custom board. Until now I’ve only used prebuilt. Theo was really helpful and all around a rad dude. Super happy with the parts I picked up. Highly recommend.

The oldest skateshop in Canada is still one of the absolute best. The proprietor is exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about skateboarding; the selection of products was impressive (especially at a time when many other shops have badly run out of stock); the prices are very competitive (but they do accept CASH only, as others have mentioned).Keep killing it, PD & crew.

PD's Hot Shop. That's all you need to know. I've been buying here since the mid-80s when I bought my first boat of a board–a vintage Duane Peters. And I'm still buying my gear there at 50 years old. Yep. And not just me, but my son now too: the new generation. Pure excellence in every respect. GNC->Skull. The place where it all started. Do it.

Visiting from abroad, but had to drop some cash to support this OG shop. Very tidy shop, good selection, house-brand is beyond legit, and nowadays the workers are super friendly (fine I guess).

buying my son’s first skateboard was easy at Skull skates. The manager was so helpful and encouraging. I could tell that my sixteen year old was comfortable and was able to get exactly what he wanted. The shop seemed to have a lot of selection and their service was excellent! I highly recommend!

These guys are the real deal. Been visiting for a decade and will for another or two if I'm lucky. Really good prices on the basics, and sometimes very special deals on the top of the line. Bring cash because their card machine has chronic case of non-existence.
