Osmow's Shawarma

So disappointed.We have heard good things so we were looking forward to our dinner.The wrap had no sauce what so ever on it and we did order the 2 recommended sauces. The meat was extremely dry. The lettuce on the wrap was brown . Maybe 3 onions.The Greek salad was all lettuce , which was watery with very few other ingredients.Not worth the money spent and will not return.

Bought the meals for lunch for party of two and have enough leftover for another meal!! Staff were very friendly and I didn’t have to wait more than 8 minutes for the order to be ready to go!!!

The shawarma was very good, when it came to the meat and veggies, but I swear there spice bottles or containers are mislabeled. They have a scala from 1 to 5-6 I am not sure anymore and I grabbed medium, that is level 2. The spice was so hot, I died at the last bite and went to Timmy's to get just milk. I have never eaten so hot and usable I am a fan of a little fire. My friend got level 1 so little spice and he also said, that it was hot AF. Service and how it looked very good.

The chicken and rice were a little dry. Both were overcooked. Isn't consistent with other osmows I've been to. But portion was good and staff was ok

I recently tried the chicken wrap, and I must say, I was impressed. The chicken was soft and juicy, and it added a delicious flavour to the wrap. I particularly enjoyed how the wrap was put together, with the perfect balance of vegetables and dressing. The texture was also spot on, making every bite a satisfying experience. I recommend this chicken wrap to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal.

UPDATE: they made right on this topic now,Changed the rating to 5* to reflect the good people and true food qualitythe owner recognized me, and spoke to me and acknowledged what I wrote, in my opinion without the topping charge, I’d be there everyday without a doubt. Hope they reconsider, as they may actually gain business and increase profits through volume if they reversed it.Funny thing is when I don’t get charged the fee for all the toppings I usually put the difference in as a tip.So the total price is the same but with one I’m happy the other I’m a little off put.Anyways great place to eat, if you haven’t tried it there “on the rocks” is the best for me.—Old review, written months ago—See update ^One of my favourite places to eat. But unfortunately, it’s going downhill. It first started with my same meal I’d order daily fluctuating in price by about 7-8$ (sometimes they’d charge 75 cents for some flakes of parsley, and another 75 cents for 3 olives cut into tiny slices, and what adds up to be one tomato slice for another 75 cents.I stopped eating there daily as it was kind of insulting that they would do that to a regular customer, (change the price that is, and charge extras when sometimes they don’t)Sadly, now, it’s 85 cents per topping, so your one slice of paper thin basically see through tomato is almost a dollar, those parsley flakes you see in my picture, basically the equivalent of sprinkling a free pepper packet on your meal, another 85 cents.The portions vary extremely sometimes it’s half full, sometimes it’s actually full.I still tip money ontop of my meal to see if it changes anything, they don’t even notice, and they still cheap you out. Once I Even put a 10$ tip, just to see, ironically I got the least amount of food. So they’re money hungry, their prices aren’t justifiable even though like I said I love their food, it tastes great.Such a shame to go into a place as a daily regular and slowly fade away, and choose other places to go eat simply on the premise that they don’t remain consistent, and clearly gouge.Went there tonight paid 25$ for a lamb on the rocks. Go see the picture. It’s sad. Coming from a person who loves this as my favourite food, the gouging isn’t worth supporting.

What a joke this place is!! They trying to do like Starbucks and take peoples name but it’s still silly brand, I got what they call oz box for flafel that costed 17$ lol, 17$ for just flafel, I didn’t want garlic sauce and wanted hummus instead and they still charged me extra money for the hummus, I also wanted one pita bread on the side, they charge one dollar for it, dude the 5 pitas are 2 dollars all, my colleague ordered beef kofta and they microwaved the kofta first before cooking it, to make it faster, who does such a thing, microwaving food before cooking it,so over priced and quality is just garbage like any other Osmow’s, I regret every time I pay money in such a store. These Osmow’s places are so ridiculous, only caring about money, and customer satisfaction goes to hell. Sadly there is no good place to compete with Osmow’s place and take him down. Lesson learned though.

This place is absolutely amazing! I believe not many people stop and take the time to understand what this place has to offer.The portions are true to sizeThe amount of spice that dances on your tounge is phenomenal.The fresh toppings and that recommended garlic sauce on any meat in any style is just heavenly.I feel like it's slept on here and more people need to find this place!

Paid extra for extra sauce, and i guess they put no sauce at all.
