MCSnet

We have been with MCSnet for at least 15 years. They went above and beyond when we moved onto the acreage and then again when we moved to Mannville. We have always had superior service from them, they are helpful and responded to the very few issues we had with prompt and friendly service. Great job guys!

I've been a customer since they put up a tower here in our rural neighbourhood. Service has been outstanding - from initial setup to now. I've only had to call them maybe 2 or 3 times in all my years since we signed up. Once the issue was a simple reboot.Other times, a Technician came out and was fantastic and not only was the issue resolved, but I got some great advice on what to do to avoid issues (i.e. line of sight to tower makes things run so much better, so trim those troublesome trees and the world is your oyster). The speed isn't fibre equivalent - like something you would get maxed out in the city (yet? I think that may be coming), but current package allows a couple of us to work from home - including video conferencing and a couple of TV's streaming at the same time. As that pretty much covers our needs, I can't speak to how well it would do if you added more, but it's been the best internet experience that I've personally ever had - and that includes my stint living in the city at the mercy at the big telecom providers. Rarely lose service, customer service is stellar. Competitively priced!When we had some issues (due to no fault of MCSNet’s equipment or technology) they worked hard to find and solve the issue for us.Extremely satisfied with both their staff and services.

We have been with MCS Net for 12 years and we have had fantastic customer service over all the years. They were even so helpful to help me set up my new router that I was having issues with. MCS’s connection has always been good with keeping up with our demands. Streaming services have no issues with buffering at all.

Poor internet service provider. I was told that their gig air is the fastest and the best. Yes it is but just for several hours and you will experience several days without services and no one from this company would fix them immediately. Not recommended to try and get deceived.

Our family has been a rural customer of mcsnet in Strathcona county in Alberta since 2011. We have found their service and technical support to be just what we had hoped it to be ~ excellent. They are courteous, competent, and friendly. I am looking forward now to the arrival of the new GigAir service in our area. After 12 years with them we couldn't be happier in our experience with this company.

Poor customer service tech support and services. They do not care about customers having no services for more than 96 hours. They just want to end the call as soon as possible and get rid of me while i am still talking. I advise not to waste time calling them weekends and holidays for you will get nowhere and they do not care.

Wasn't able to get reliable internet from other suppliers in our area. So tried MCSnet and have had great, reasonably priced services since getting their service, 6 or 7 yrs.. Recommend them to our neighbors
