This is a high end performance shop in disguise. I have a modified Mitsubishi Evolution GTA that is going to be used on street and track and this is the only place that really is fully capable and willing to work on it. They aren't only willing but they have the experience needed to get the job done right and quick. I am harsh and critical with my reviews so I didn't say this stuff lightly. They really are a gem and it's good hearted people not just young guys trying to make a name for themselves by taking on big projects that they don't have enough mechanical knowledge for. These guys do precision aligning down past what the naked eye can see.

Competent technicians, transparent repairs and billing, authentic honest effort, really friendly service. Thanks for rebuilding my 2003 Honda Accord transmission, working flawlessly since, 12,000 kms ago.Strongly recommend you trust these guys. Come and check them out.

Super-helpful. I needed a clutch alignment tool for a chevy 350. A $3 part. While everyone else seemed to want to help me, these guys DID help. No charge. They asked me to bring it back. The honour system. I will bring it back and I will be a reliable customer when possible.Upon visiting this business it was immediately obvious they had skilled staff, and a very capable shop.

I have 2013 Porsche Cayenne. There was noise from front differential. Finished differential job here. Noise is gone perfectly. Nice and kind customer service. Professional skills.

Thank goodness I found Bert's!!! Found out my 2012 Ford Focus had a failed transmission control module. Tcm's are on backorder since January 2022. One mechanic told me to park my car and buy another one while waiting for the part as no one except Ford dealership could program a tcm. Well....that wasn't exactly true!!! I called Bert's and spoke with Jeff. He took all my worries away and did what I had been told no one else could do! I have nothing but gratitude for this man. He was so kind to me and kept me informed on what was happening with the vehicle. Not only was the work done in a timely manner but the price was way better that what Ford had quoted me. I honestly can't thank you enough Jeff!! If you are looking for an honest, competent, transparent and friendly mechanic - THIS IS THE PLACE!!

Hi Gerry,As per our discussion, I drove my car to your Bert Automotive shop so that your mechanic can fix the driver side door handle carrier.Unfortunately, yours mechanics didn't have enough expertise to fix that and one of the mechanic got frustrated and he broke my driver side door handle.If your mechanic can't fix the problem, it doesn't mean that they have rights to break existing stuff or parts and make your customers life miserable.Problem:- I'm unable to open to driver side door of my car from outside and I have no option other than to open the driver side door from inside.Your frustrated mechanic did to my car :- When he couldn't fix the problem, he got frustrated with his incapabilities and eventually he broke my driver side door handle. I had no option other than to enter into the car from passenger side. At least earlier, I could have get inside the car from driver side.I had no option other than to took my car to Star Autobody shop where a descent mechanic took just 20-25 minutes to fix the problem so that I can enter from driver side while opening the door from inside. He charged me $50 for that.If your mechanic is frustrated of his incapabilities, he doesn't have a right to break things or damage a CARSo your mechanic has broken my driver side door handle without a reason and unfortunately I am going to file a complaint against you at Small Claims Court and Better Business Bureau.Regards,Surender Chahal
