Pure Integrative Pharmacy - Fort Langley

This place is typically awesome but unfortunately I was there last month on customer appreciation to stock up on 6 months worth of the supplements I am on, since I will be traveling. One of the supplements was out of stock but I was able to prepay and they said they would call when it arrived in store. I had an appointment at the doctor's office upstairs two weeks later on October 12 so I popped in to check on my order and still nothing. I don't live in langley so it is not super convenient and I have a lot to do before my trip. I called again the week after and they still said they had nothing but that she would check. There happened to be 3 bottles on the shelf but i had paid for 4 so she set them aside for me but had to order in more. I called again a week later to try to cancel because I am running out of time to figure this out and she said they just got them and that she could mail them to me and it would take 3 days. That means it should have been here monday and the canada post tracking that i called to get says it wont be here until november 11 and i will not be in canada at that time... Super frustrating since I paid for them already AND they are a Canadian product AND I gave plenty of notice and checked in plenty of times and now im out the money, time and supplements.

Pure Pharmacy is my top choice of places to send patients to get supplements. They carry top of the line brands, have people in there that are helpful in selecting a good product and they always get back to me in a timely manner when I contact them. The staff are friendly and the place is always very clean!

Pure Pharmacy is my go to place to get all of my supplements. I always enjoy going into this location. Shelley is very kind and knowledgeable and she helps me when it comes to deciding which supplement would be best for me. I love that they have 15% off the last Wednesday of the month as well!!

The staff here are so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell! The smoothies and juices are great quality, all organic ingredients and probably better priced than most natural beverage businesses. Mahtab had an amazing expertise regarding product knowledge and was able to recommend just the right products for my problem. She was very insightful helped me with any questions I had. Went over to the juice bar afterwards and also had a wonderful experience with Maya. She was able to inform me about the benefits of certain ingredients and she catered to my need. Overall amazing staff and atmosphere! I have already recommended this location to others!

In addition to the services at the clinic upstairs they have the pharmacy, expert advice and a juice and smoothie bar. Get the turtle smoothie! It's the best!

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Employees were helpful, informative, and it’s clear that they really care about their customers. Consistent and professional as well. Smoothie bar is top notch, and there are a great variety of products and supplements!

Great and friendly service every time I come in! I come in often for smoothies and juices, Also recently had a great experience finding a probiotic that has worked very well for me. Highly recommend coming in for a juice or smoothie and having a look around at all the great products they sell and of course interacting with the great knowledgeable staff!
